It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

We had 10 young family members from ages 3-15 and 9 adults ages 30-70. The space was perfect on all floors. Loves the living room, and kitchen areas. The backyard and pool area were perfect for the children and teens. The lighting for evening swimming was so relaxing. We loved the addition of the Golf Cart. The beach was very convenient also and God blessed us with great weather!

Great for big groups!

This house was perfect for a big group! The pool/patio area is amazing and there are so many beds! The house was very clean upon arrival and the walk to the beach was easy. They also had plenty of beach chairs/toys. I would highly recommend this property!

Great for a larger Family or Group

We had 18 people and everyone had plenty of room. Third floor king room had no ceiling fan and it being at the top was a little warm for sleeping at night. ( We used a box fan from WalMart). All appliances worked great. 2 refrigerators and an ice machine was great for our large group! BRING command strip hooks (bathrooms have no way to hang up towels!!!) The walk to the beach was easy. We did rent a golf cart and it was great to scoot around in. We all recommend this property! Thank you VRBO for another great stay!!!!

We VRBO a lot, and this house was great. Duel refrigerators in the kitchen was a huge plus. The house had plenty of pool toys, a wagon and an umbrella to use for the beach. I would advise for future stays a few things: Bring Command hooks for the bathrooms. There is one hook in the bathrooms to hang bath towels, beach towels, suits etc. There isn’t even a place to hang even a hand towel. The kitchen is pretty bare bones. We had to buy mixing bowls, cheese grater, pitcher for juice. Future guests, you’re welcome, because we left it all there for the next round of guests :). Many reviews thought the driveway was too small. We were able to fit 6 cars no problem. It included minivan and mid and small SUV’s. Overall, it’s a great home and I would stay here again based on location and size.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

We made so many happy memories in this place connecting with family. We were so happy we paid extra to heat the pool. Sunsets were fabulous at the beach five minuets away. We thought the kitchen wasn't stock very well for a crowd like us. Didn't have any hot pads. We ended up buying quite a few things to keep us going. But they were quick to respond if we ask for anything.

Wonderful Christmas

Such a great company to rent from. They make it soo easy. All you have to do is enjoy. We dealt with Ellen and she was fabulous!! The house is great. They have everything you need for cooking for a big crew. The house is so spacious. The third floor is a game room and the kids LOVED it. The house is so well built that you can’t hear people walking on the floors above you. I recommend you get the pool heated. We had a very merry Christmas!

Spacious home

Great home that has so much space for our party of 12. All rooms were spacious, the accommodations were perfect for our needs. There is a large fridge, a beverage fridge in the island, and another beverage fridge on the second floor, as well as an industrial ice maker which made for ice always available. Just being blocks from the beach was perfect!
