It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 4 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, king size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play and high chair is included if needed. 

Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.
