The unit is completely updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer in unit.  It features two bedrooms with a king size bed in the master and pyramid bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas with a breathtaking view of Seascape Resort.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on the large balcony. Just a 7 minute walk across Lake Stewart and you will find yourself at the beach - with your toes in the sand. Great Place to Stay!

Also, beach towels and chairs would be handy for guests that fly in to stay. The swing was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) Place was nice little overpriced for location2) When we arrived it was fairly clean there was some trash on floor did not look like they vacuumed i have picture if you need 3) Chain on door was broken same with handle in mater bedroom closet and also one of the wheels on coffee table 4) The bedrooms had a tv i think they were about a 19 inch Very disappointed in size of tv they are not expensive to replace Very sad 5) Had good response time when i had a question but the trash bids were not right outside by the parking area which is what we were told6) Think you guys need to figure out a way for guest to use the entrance right by the unit instead of making us go in down the street and driving through the entire complex again just inconvenient
