Location was ideal. House was well-appointed and had a high level of finishes. Nice, quiet end of the beach with spectacular views and sunsets. The rental company was responsive when we encountered small issues. Overall, the house is elegant, sleek, and an ideal vacation spot. The elevator was essential for one member of our party and made all the difference.

Great place

Very lovely property. Very well stocked and clean. Very impressed! However, we had a few issues that were frustrating. We followed the guidelines and kept all three floors thermostat on 72. The 3rd floor never got above 66. People were miserable up there. We were given additional blankets. The dishwasher is useless. We rinsed everything and dishes still came out dirty. It's a weird style that can only run top or bottom at a time so used double the dishwasher pods. With 16 people we were running it constantly. All the nonstick pans were damaged and should not be used. When we pulled out the griddle it had been put away dirty and was really caked with food. We have rented many vacation homes, even others in Miramar beach. The 9a check-out and 5p check-in is ridiculous. (even our Lyft driver said he never heard of this.) And to be honest, some of the language in the rental contract is a bit off-putting. According to the contract, if the rental is available earlier than 5p, then you can PAY $50 to enter one hour earlier (at 4p). BUT, if they are running late and the unit is not available at 5p, then the renter needs to be "patient". I texted a question and instead of an answer, was sent a link to the guidelines (which I had read carefully and did not have the answer to my question). We don't think we would do another rental with Breathe Easy. Individual owners are so much more flexible and accommodating. Everything else was great and we had a wonderful week with family.

Amazing rental

This rental has it all! Beautifully designed and decorated, FULLY stocked kitchen, and the beach is within feet of the home! Everything was clean and tidy! There was an issue with the WiFi on the third floor for a couple of guests, but we worked around it. May need to add an extender, but other than that this place was perfect!!

EXCELLENT!!

Would definitely book again! The house worked perfectly for our large group of 21. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you’d need to cook for a large group. The location is great as it’s close to a grocery store and restaurants. The best part was the view and beach! Oh and the beach access right out the back door! One of the nicest beaches we’ve visited. It was a bonus to have beach service daily that includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas. There were additional chairs in the house that we used daily. One of our favorite things about the house was the deck with table and chairs. Each morning, we had coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. A bonus - we saw dolphins each morning! Communication with property management was excellent and very responsive! The only thing that we wished was different is the late check-in time and early check-out. It was a little stressful getting a group of 21 out the door by 9am but we managed! :) We are already considering a second trip!! We had the best time!

Outstanding Family Vacation

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 20. Response to any issues and questions was Immediate and taken care of quickly . Having two full size refrigerators was huge. Private beach with chair setup was very nice and beach was not crowded. Pool was great for the smaller ones. We definitely plan to be back.

Family Beach Trip

We have stayed here multiple times and love it! Great customer service-had a small issue with elevator and they came right out to fix it and even left us a gift of cup cakes:). Love that it’s on the beach and comes with beach chairs! Definitely recommend.

Family Beach Fun

This was a lovely beach property for a family vacation including 10 adults and 10 children under the age of 7yrs. The home has great amenities and accommodations for all. The open kitchen is well equipped for large meal prep and service with ocean views. The grill was used for salmon and grouper dinners. We all slept comfortably. The beach access was great for our crew and the property manager and owner were responsive to ensure that the pool heater was functioning properly during our stay. We had the best time and made many happy memories!

February Birthday Celebrations

The house location was perfect and close to everything. The house itself was in very good shape, there were some spots of water damage on the outside but nothing the hindered our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and updated. There were two complaints about the mattresses in each bedroom on either side of the laundry room, they were said to be hard and slightly uncomfortable. The kitchen was phenomenal, all of the pots/pans/bowls/etc that you could need. The front load washer and dryer were quiet and work like a dream. The elevator was extremely helpful, as we did have older (70+) family members use it. The extra fridge came in handy and the circulating fans in rooms was a nice touch.

Easy Breezy

Best trip ever! Easy breezy From check in to check out. The home was perfect as was the location. Could bike anywhere we wanted and just walked out the back door to the beach. State park 4 miles down the road for those that want to hike or bike and access to the beach and a lake. Just beautiful! A week isn’t long enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

LOVE Shipwatch Palazzo!

Our work group of 9 ladies could not have been happier! We LOVED everything about this beach house: check in/out instructions were clear, good communication with property manager, plenty of space, very clean, beautiful view/right on the beach, super close to outlet stores, groceries,& restaurants, included chair/umbrella setup each day with plenty of additional chairs available in the downstairs storage area, 2 car garage for ease in parking, access to 4 bicycles. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Shipwatch Palazzo! :)

Can't beat it!

For our family of 13 this was the perfect place! So many great features its hard to name. Most important: the home is right on the beach! No crossing roads or making certain to haul everything in one trip. We utilized the chairs that were already set up on the beach so getting everyone to the beach was simple. Can't begin to explain how important so many bathrooms are with 13 people! The home itself is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal as well as prepare sandwiches. The property is located near shopping, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The management team is great! They checked in to make certain we had everything we needed and to answer any questions during our stay. overall this was a wonderful experience and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Great house on a great beach!

The house was wonderful; it was well laid out, had nice furnishings, stocked well, was clean, easy checkin/out, had nice gathering spaces, in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to the beach. The beach chair setup was a nice amenity. There were no complaints from anyone in the group and I would stay there again.

Great location on beautiful Miramar Beach

Our family of 20 had an incredible stay at this property. Beautiful white beach and emerald waters right out our doorstep. Property manager was beyond helpful, accommodating, and immediately responsive. Highly recommend!!
