Gorgeous beach views from this twelfth floor unit along with top-notch accommodations of this beautifully updated condo make this the right choice for you! The kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with brand new a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. Expansive sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large, well-furnished balcony with views of the sandy white beaches of the gulf. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary.

Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. There is a nearby fitness center at Grand Boulevard that is available at an additional cost. Tops'l Resort also has its own beach service (chairs & umbrellas) available for guests to rent. *Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis or Blue Dunes Grill.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The condo was very clean and so nicely decorated. The size was roomy and comfy. I always look for a place with enough and comfy seating in living room and on balcony and thus condo was perfect. The balcony was so big and the patio furniture was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Huge spacious condo, beautiful view, great complex in Tops'l. Very convenient to the beach & shopping, property was well maintained, poolside snack bar was very good food and drinks. Will definitely return!

Huge balcony with great views!

Everything is as picture perfect in person as it is in the photos! The building was very quiet during our stay, and we had no issues pop up whatsoever. And the building is located in the best part of Destin, the FAR end, away from all the congestion!

Please be warned that there is a new owner. You will not have full access of the resort. We’ve been coming for 26 years. We love visiting and staying at TOPS’L. The new owner has new rules in place. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool associated with the restaurant on the grounds of the resort. We were not allowed to order food/drinks from the grill at the resort. You cannot access the tennis courts or the gym, unless you’ve rented from a direct owner or if you were an owner. We have never experienced this before. We love TOPS’L because of these amenities and location. It just put a damper on being able to access the full resort for practical reasons for my family.

We loved this property! We were slightly irritated about not being able to use the onsite restaurant but understood the situation and were compensated for the lack of. This restaurant was a big selling point for our family and we fully intended to make use of it the entire trip. Aside from the slight hiccup with this, the property was amazing! The views are phenomenal and way better than expected! It was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We felt more at home and fully intend to return next year!

This property was much larger and nicer in person, the photos do not do it justice. The room was directly across from the elevator, there were carts and trolleys available to use. The property was gated and had a guard on duty the entire time. The Tides pool was large, clean, gated and a great time. The property had easy access to the beach, with stairs and ramp option. Everyone we encountered at the resort was kind, professional, and helpful. There was plenty of parking on site and lots of amenities. The view was incredible! The balcony was our favorite part of the unit, the views were absolutely incredible.
