You truly get the Best of Both Worlds at G by the Sea!

G by the Sea is a diamond DELUXE 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit that offers an open, bright floor plan with large floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom, allowing for unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked! You will have everything you need to cook a delicious, home-away-from-home meal while overlooking the gorgeous Gulf. The dining room and breakfast bar can accommodate up to 10 people. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 6 people in the Master bedroom with a King Bed, the Guest bedroom with a Queen Bed, and the Living room with a pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa. High-quality, plush linens and towels, high-speed speed reliable internet, HDTVs in all rooms (3), and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Notable upgrades include updated coastal furniture throughout, neutral floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains, newly renovated (2024) bathrooms with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, tiled/glass showers (tub in guest bath), and anti-fog LED mirrors.

Beach Equipment Provided: 6 folding beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 7-foot umbrella, stand-up beach wagon, small cooler, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys! A Starter Pack Provided: trash bags, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry detergent. paper towels, and toilet paper. 

Majestic Sun is a gated, prominently located, luxury high-rise beachfront resort located in Miramar Beach that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It features tropical landscaping with wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beautiful Gulf. The amenities include a 3200 square foot, large resort-style pool, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), two whirlpool hot tubs, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Majestic sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort, which allows access to all their amenities; multiple pools (two heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, playground, walking nature trails, freshwater lake, and 18-hole golf course on the property. This location is perfect with easy access to all the dining and entertainment that Miramar Beach, Destin, and 30A have to offer!?

We had a fantastic stay! This is our 4th stay at Majestic Sun and our first at this particular condo. It was well stocked, had nice decor, a big balcony and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. The guest bathroom tub wouldn’t switch over to the shower…we had maintenance come look at it and he was able to pop it over with a knife, but we opted to just let the girls use our shower. Probably needs a new part, but that was minor. Everything else was perfect and we would be extremely happy to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: For years we traveled with our two small children to Myrtle Beach..yes we still enjoy the Altantic side and MB as we've had amazing times there however, we were absolutely amazed with the Water, Beaches, our fantastic Room! 413A was just remodeled and the upgrades were on point with some of the best places we've stayed. The Gluf View, access to pool, beach, restaurants, etc were simple and easy to navigate with a 4 and 5 year old who have been begging to go back!

Spring Break Getaway

We decided to go back to Miramar Beach for our daughter’s spring break as we really enjoy it there. This time we opted to stay at Majestic Sun. We had a great view of the Gulf, a d it was in walking distance to a lot of places. We opted to pay for the beach service instead of lugging stuff to and from the beach, which was nice. The property itself was nice, clean, has 2 pools (1 heated, 1 not) and 2 hot tubs. The condo itself was nicely equipped with everything we needed, was comfortable, spacious (for 3 people), and easy to get in and out of. There is a parking garage right behind the property, which was easy to access for parking. All in all, would totally recommend this property!

Property was ok, way over priced for what it is. I won’t be going back unless it is cheaper. I don’t think it gets much upkeep. 1 yr old was crawling on the floor as soon as we got there and her knees were black from the dirty floor. Shelf inside refrigerator was broken, the tv in the living room would freeze up where you could not control the volume or power off. Was left with cheapest toilet paper you could find literally your finger would go right through it. 💩

Condo is exactly like the pictures and description. Majestic Sun is a fantastic location to stay. We've stayed at other condos in buildings A&B and always recommend it to others. There's a small store in the bottom of bldg. B if you need extra ice, beach items, clothing, etc. So convenient! Also, there is a Kirwin's ice cream at the bottom of building B. **You can easily walk to the beach and when you walk back, use the showers by the outside pool to get the sand off. If you have children or even if you don't, it's so easy to run back to the room. This is almost priceless.**This condo has been updated and has a very modern but relaxed vibe. Like that it is away from the elevators. BATHROOMS: Awesome showers & love the mirrors with beauty lightingKITCHEN: Clean with plenty of silverware, cooking pans, etc. LIVING ROOM: Spacious with room to put a yoga mat or playpenBALCONY: Love the extra space as compared to the one bedroomMASTER BEDROOM: Comfortable King bed with amazing beach view2nd BEDROOM: Has door directly to hall bathroom. We didn't use it except to store our luggage and extra decorative pillows which we liked having a place to put them that was out of our way. This is a great room

Love the location but not this unit A413

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at the Majestic Sun and we love this area and the easy access to the beach however the unit we picked this year wasn’t a huge fan of it. The kitchen has the bare minimum needed which is fine but the knives in the unit are so dull was worried we were going to get hurt when trying to prepare meals. Felt like I was cooking in a college apartment unit...which I get it people put their old dishes or the cheapest items they can put into these. The TVs in the unit were not working great...main living room we couldn’t get the cable to work only Netflix and the remotes back that holds the batteries was off so we were always losing the batteries. Bedroom tb the remote didn’t turn off the tv or the volume so that was annoying. Some remotes didn’t have batteries in them so we had to share remotes between rooms. Dryer in the Unit should be looked at, took several times to a dry a load. The kitchen sink leaked during the stay and someone did come to look at it but it wasn’t fixed so that took two bowls from the already limited kitchen to catch the water that leaked every time we ran water and especially the disposal. Maintenance guy came to look at it and never came back again. Furniture and beds were comfortable which was a plus. Again we love the location but this unit wasn’t the best. If you plan to cook a lot of your meals I wouldn’t suggest this unit.

PERFECT Honeymoon Getaway ♥️

My husband and I came across this property after our original honeymoon plans fell through. We were very pleased with our stay! The only thing that we weren’t able to figure out was how to operate the television on the living room. The guide that was provided was for a remote different than the one in the tray. But since we didn’t spend a lot of time here, this did not hugely impact our experience. We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as other activities, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
