A true vacationers paradise! Scenic Solitude located in Maravilla Resort, one of the most highly sought after family and dog-friendly resorts in Maravilla Beach area. Maravilla is located between Scenic Gulf Highway and US 98W on the eastern perimeter of Destin in Miramar Beach.

A perfect mix of days at the beach, family activities, nearby golf, and a short walk to great restaurants, combine to make Maravilla one of Destin's most desirable vacation addresses. You will enjoy morning walks, afternoon swimming, and evening walks and fishing on the sparkling white beaches.

Our second home is located in Building 3, just steps from Maravilla's private beach, or the heated pool with jacuzzi. Our smoke-free and well-appointed condominium is open and spacious with a 27' balcony off of the living room and master bedroom and features one of the more spacious two-bedroom layouts in the development.

The main living area offers seating in a pastel blue matching sofa (a queen-sized sleeper sofa) and loveseat. For a bit of an accent, we have a navy covered side swivel chair. White wood furnishings accompany the seating and serve to complement the clean and refreshing look of the condo. The main living area has a flat screen 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV with cable connection. A new Ceiling fan/LED light that is operated with remote control.

The Master Bedroom has been appointed with an Englander king size mattress, with new bedding, Cindy Crawford furniture, 2 nightstands with lamps, and a wall-mounted 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV. A new Hunter ceiling fan/LED light that is operated with remote control. These amenities combine to create a sophisticated and comfortable reprieve for our guests.

The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a Sealy queen size mattress, with new bedding, two nightstands with lamps, a 42" Samsung Smart TV, and a new Hunter ceiling fan/LED light with remote control option. The main bathroom is easily accessible from the hallway outside of the Guest Bedroom.

The newly renovated kitchen includes white quartz with subtle gray vein counter-tops, brand new Maytag French Door refrigerator, Maytag Range, Maytag Dishwasher and state of the art low profile Microwave that allows for extra counter space for preparing food. A newly installed LED recessed lighting and cutting-edge light fixture over the range. Also included in the renovation is all new coffee pot, Keurig with pods, blender, toaster, instant pot, utensils, plates, glasses, and pots and pans. The dining area features a table and two Cunningham Woven Wicker chairs and four additional chairs.

Also, for your convenience, is a stackable washer/dryer, new hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a new iron and ironing board.

Relax in either of Maravilla's two pools or spend time under your one umbrella at the beach, which we provide, along with two chairs reserved and set up each day in season (March 1-October 31) by LVD. There is a new addition to Miramar Beach, Dolphin Reef. The reef offers visitors a fascinating glimpse at South Walton's Ocean life. The reef is composed of more than 75 artificial structures that, when viewed from above, form the shape of Miramar Beach's resident Bottlenose dolphins. Dolphin Reef is easily accessible kayak or paddleboard and given its shallow depth, it can be explored by snorkelers and swimmers. For the more athletically minded, play on one of Destin's many championship golf courses, work out in Maravilla's private fitness center, or play tennis on either of two newly resurfaced (2017) courts. You can even shoot some hoops or play some shuffleboard on-property.

Of course, there are always amusement parks, miniature golf courses, and shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Stores to compete for your leisure time.

You are walking distance to some of the best dining options, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's, both on the Gulf for an evening of pleasure and relaxation.

There's plenty of room for your family of six, and your beach accessories. Enjoy the view from our large, 27 ft. long, third floor balcony, with 2 ceiling fans, that looks out through the palms to the Gulf, and some magnificent sunsets. The balcony is accessible from both the main living area, and the master suite. Step onto the balcony, take a seat on the patio furniture, sip your favorite beverage, and have a relaxing evening with your family or friends while the breeze rustles through the palms.
