Guests are granted exclusive access to a private, sugar-white sand beach, two swimming pools (one heated), as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Moreover, the lively shops and restaurants of Miramar Beach and Sandestin are just a short distance away. With only a 5-8 minute stroll, you can reach the private deeded beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil coastal ambiance.

THE SPACE
Designed for comfort and functionality, Sea La Vie features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. French doors open to a private fenced yard and patio, ideal for grilling or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and all essential cookware. A dedicated wet bar enhances the home’s entertainment options.
Sleeping arrangements are suitable for families, couples, and small groups:
- Primary bedroom: king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower
- Second bedroom: queen bed, smart TV, sitting area
- Bunk room: two full beds, smart TV
A new washer and dryer are provided.
For security, an exterior camera faces the front entry.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The home offers a fenced yard, patio seating, and a gas grill. Guests also enjoy full access to Caribe’s private beach, heated pool, second pool, and tennis/pickleball courts.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the driveway. No street parking or parking on grass areas. Additional guest parking is available on Rue Martine and Rue Caribe. Rentals of low-speed vehicles including golf carts are prohibited in this neighborhood.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on community grounds or at the beach.

WHAT’S PROVIDED
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
- Kitchen Essentials: Cookware, utensils, and basic appliances are included. Guests should bring their own spices and food items.
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Extended stays may require additional supplies.

CHECK-IN
No physical check-in. Guests may need to show ID at the community gate. Primary renter must be 25 or older and remain on-site for the full stay. A unique key code and check-in instructions are sent seven days before arrival.

We needed a last minute place due to Ian and Dolly was great getting us in as early that day as possible. Very nice house, close to beach! Loved the outdoor closet full of beach necessities….Tommy chairs, beach wagon, inflatables, sand toys and boogie boards!

Beautiful and perfect Beach Cottage

We rented the cottage the week of our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect! Rebecca and Dolly went above and beyond to help with any problems we encountered, even the ones that were completely our fault. The community was also beautiful and we were just a short walk to the beach. Definitely looking forward to spending some time there again.

A Beach Trip to Remember

Everything was excellent. The home was so nice. Just like it is described. It has everything you need. The furnishings are excellent. It is clean and well stocked. It’s a good neighborhood to walk in and it has good beach access. Plan to stay here again.

The host was helpful and remarkably responsive. House is perfect. So many things in the kitchen - an air fryer, regular coffee pot with V filters and a kuerig. Pots and pans, dishes utensils,a propane grill in the backyard. Big refrigerator with a working ice maker. A small wine fridge in the wet bar. Pet friendly. We will be back. Driveway parking. Wonderful Community

We’ve stayed in the community multiple times now and it’s always amazing. This house is one of the furthest houses from the beach but still a very short walk to a private beach. Beautiful home with tons of beach accessories for all ages.

A tiny Oasis!

We loved this bungalow! The owner of the property really has it together! From kitchen supplies to outdoor beach necessities this place had it all. The property was 5 star clean - I was very impressed. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen and the mini bar. Great supply of beach chairs, umbrellas for beach use. Beach is so beautiful very close and not busy at all due to private access. Loved the quiet neighborhood and upscale homes. Definitely coming back!

Sea La Vie was a dream!

From the communication with the property manager to the moment we stepped in until the second we pulled away, we loved every second of being in this home. It is the perfect size for us as a couple. We wished for a golf cart to get to the beach a little more easily, but that is a very insignificant thing in the big scheme of life! Loved Sea La Vie! Thank you, thank you!
