⭐⭐ TOPS'L has its own pool, and the beach is just a short walk right outside the elevator. There is also a beach-side grill and bar! One of our favs! ⭐⭐

KITCHEN
⭐ This unit features a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. New tile flooring throughout the hallway, dining, and living room was added in February 2022, along with a new sofa sleeper and two matching chairs. The kitchen closet has a large stackable washer/dryer combo for your convenience. Finish off your day watching the sunset on this amazingly large balcony. Tune into you favorite music, dance to the gently breeze and truly enjoy your stay.

FLOORPLAN
⭐ Our condo sleeps six (6). For comfort, the primary bedroom has a King Bed and the en-suite master bath has a walk-in shower with a separate garden tub and a double sink vanity. The guest room has two twin beds and its own adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub condo shared with the hallway entrance.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Upon arrival, you will check in at the guard gate for parking passes. There is a two cars max. We send our check-in report to the guard in advance so they will expect you. The drive throughout the resort is beautiful!

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Please note: No Beach Canopies or Tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. You will be able to rent beach chairs from Dolphin Beach Service. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas on the balcony. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival.

POOLS
⭐ The Upper Pool is Heated during the Week of Thanksgiving and is for Tides Only Guests. The lower pool is for anyone staying at Tops'l. Don't forget your pool fob key! Have fun, and remember to read and abide by all community rules posted.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Please note: A resort amenity card is not included with this rental.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
