This stunning 3948 sq. ft 6 BR/ 5.5BA three level home features expansive balconies and plenty of outdoor seating, an elevator, hardwood and travertine tile floors, granite and marble countertops and 3 bedrooms & 2 living areas with Gulf views.

The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. The first floor hosts 2 Gulf front bedrooms. The king bedroom has it's own wet bar with a Keurig, sink, ice maker, and beverage cooler, and 42" tv. The Gulf front queen bedroom has a 50" tv, ensuite bathroom walk-in shower, pedestal and vanity sinks, and private water closet. This unique bathroom, divided by pocket doors, is shared by the king bedroom. There is direct balcony and beach access from both bedrooms and the living area.

The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, wall electric oven, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 32” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble walk-in shower with a marble bench, separate bath tub and marble vanity.

A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor. This bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and master bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa tub, dual vanities and a queen sleeping sofa. This floor also features two separate queen bedrooms with 32” inch flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and marble vanities.

You are in walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli Kitchen, Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Emerald Coast Wine Cellar, Alvin's Island Beach Store, & Dairy Queen. Plenty of water sports and outdoor activities abound in the area.

Parking available for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. No tents or canopies on the beach per HOA.

Our beachfront stay was absolutely worth every penny! We truly enjoyed every moment—the place was incredibly relaxing and had the perfect vibe for a fun and memorable gathering with friends. Beautiful, well maintained house!

Toes in the Sand was an excellent house for our extended family. Amazingly- almost everything was in working order! Only issue we had was the very crowded beach! House is near a public access path & umbrellas were 3 deep in front of our house, very close together, & people even brought chairs to sit in front of us on the waterline!

We absolutely loved our stay with Frangista Beach Properties at Toes in the Sand. From sunrise to sunset we were mesmerized by the beautiful beach, powdery sand, and perfectly blue water. The house was beautiful, wonderfully spacious, super clean, and a perfect getaway in these challenging times. While it was just our family of five this time, we could easily see renting again for a multigenerational trip or with another family. Hector from Frangista was super quick and helpful with all communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We will be thinking about our toes in the sand for a long time!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room coupled with a wall of windows looking directly out on the beach and Gulf, pure heaven. Without a doubt, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Any rental beachside along Scenic Gulf is THE place to be and this home was no exception. Property management never fails to impress by responding immediately to any and all issues (and we only had one - how to reset the cable connection!!).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at toes in the sand! The rental company was great to work with and helpful. Our only complaint is that somehow the beach in front of our house became college center. It was clear the gate code was passed out to friends. That being said, we still loved the beach front atmosphere and that is clearly not something anyone can control. We would recommend!

Best lil house in Florida

Enjoyed everything about the house. The elevator worked perfectly for my son. The only thing was access to the beach. The grass or whatever it's called down here was awful it had spars and we kept stepping on them. The steps about killed us we had to carry my 10 year old who's is 85lbs up and down them. If there was a way to change that it would be perfect!
