Mediterranea 405B Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Reminiscent of an Italian seaside retreat, Mediterranea 405 condo in Destin, Florida blends high-end finishes, a classic Tuscan decor style and the unmatched charm of Florida’s Emerald Coast. The views from the two private balconies are unstoppable─ an expansive green lawn with a spacious pool and spa deck look out over the dazzling waters of the Gulf. Additionally, the walking path along the beach road runs right past Mediterranea! Either direction you choose, shops, restaurants and coffee shops await.

The interior of Mediterranea 405 exudes a sophisticated yet comfortable air. Dark hardwood floors and travertine tile throughout complement the elegance of the hewn granite and stainless steel in the chef-ready kitchen. Plus, the primary suite features a luxury bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. A full laundry room and plenty of seating add to the conveniences.

Guests continually rave about the sprawling pool deck, but other welcome amenities include a fitness center, tennis courts, elevators and gated parking. One of the best perks however is the deeded beach access just for Mediterranea guests. Never having to search for a parking spot only adds to the ease of a Destin vacation at Mediterranea 405.

Guests of Mediterranea also enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service and our Be Rewarded Partner Offers.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great time in Destin

Everything about the condo was excellent except the water pressure in the kitchen sink (very hard to wash dishes, etc) and the master bedroom mattress needs replacing (not firm at all and saggy).

Perfect location

First time visiting the Destin area, we booked this condo based off of a friends recommendation. We couldn’t have picked a better place or location, everything was perfect. The condo is very large and had everything we needed. You feel very at home here and not the feeling of being at a hotel. This property will be booked for many future visits.

Best beach trip ever!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this unit. What we loved about this place: 1) gated community, 2) cleanliness of the unit and the amenities including a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi and 3) convenience - 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up which is included and the fact that these are set up daily with your name on it along with short walk to the pool and the beach with a private access (our area was not crowded at all). Only thing I would ask is that the property manager to provide instructions on where to park. Each parking spot in the ground level has a number and references the unit # on the wall (which I just figured it out on my own). I also wasn’t aware that the owner had two spots, so I thought my space was taken and had to park outside for few days until the property manager found out that the owner parked in one of the spots. Not a big deal, but it would have been helpful if this was included in the instructions. Overall, my family would totally stay at Mediterranea again. We got lucky this time and the beach was absolutely clear without any jellyfish and very little seaweed. Thought we were at Turks and Caicos!
