It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 307 has wood floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

We loved the beach, very nice! Condo had a few things that could be better. Toilets need updated. Blinds needed in bedroom, air conditioning could be better, other than that it was a very nice condo.

Nicest Condo At Windancer

My husband and I stay at Windancer every May. This the nicest condo we’ve had at the complex and we’ve stayed at several across the second and third floors. Also, the check-in/out process was easier than when we booked through Ocean Reef.

Great Unit

This place was fantastic, right on the beach, plenty of parking, nice pool, quiet and the unit has reserved two beach chairs and a large umbrella step up on the beach each day for us. The unit was very clean, updated with a deck that has an awesome view. We also had great support from the staff with good communication throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to coming back.

It’s ok

It’s a ok property for a short trip. There was 5 of us with one shower. Clean but condo need TLC for sure. Toilets are old and small, rust around a lot of corners and especially in master bath. Master bath is right next to hall so you hear everything outside. Property itself is old and small that’s why it’s a cheaper place to stay. We were the 3 nights, anything longer I would’ve been mad! Overall fine but again pretty small for family if 5.

Smaller building=less crowded beach

Since the Windancer is only 4 stories, the beach was not nearly as packed as further down where the buildings are much larger. Everything you could possibly need was thought of. We will definitely come back.

Great Views Steps from the Beach

If you’re looking for a place with amazing views only steps from the white sand beach and crystal clear water, then this is the place for you. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only negative I would point out is that there is only one shower although the listing states there are 2 bathrooms. For our family of 3 this was fine, but if we had six people staying, that would be very difficult.

We had a great time staying at this unit. The condo is well taken care of and the management team checked in with us regularly. The only reason we gave 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5, is that there was mold in the outside of the air vents. Overall a very enjoyable vacation and we world stay here again.

Good and Bad

The good is the location, beach was not crowded, and the property contact person was friendly. This is the second year that we have stayed at the Windancer. Last year we stayed in 311 and this year we stayed in 307. Both times the unit had not been cleaned properly. Last year we were told that they would retrain their cleaning staff, which clearly did not happen. Last year the shower was fiberglass and filthy. This year, we specifically picked a unit with a tile shower because we thought it would be better. It was actually worse. There was mold all over the grout in the shower, broken tiles on the floor of the shower, which can cut people, and black mold everywhere. Which can make people sick. Additionally, nothing was wiped down. There were dirt stains on the doors and some of the cabinets in the kitchen and the baseboards had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long. We understand wanting white baseboards and cabinets and white tile and grout in a small unit. However, if you’re going to go with White, you need to make sure that it’s clean. Both years we had to clean the bathrooms and the cabinets and the doors before we could unpack everything. We notified the property manager and she offered to have the cleaning crew come back out however, why would we want the same people coming out to clean that didn’t do it properly in the first place. We ended up just buying a shower mat to stand on in the shower.

Great location with easy access to beach. Updated condo decor, the building is older but the advantage is not having a high rise withs rows of umbrellas. Management was very responsive to any issues that arose. They sent someone for a repair the day I called!

Beach Getaway

First time to Miramar Beach and this condo. Everything was great. Rental managers were very quick to respond with questions and checked in to make sure all was ok. Quick to fix one issue we had with the shower door. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the location right on the beach and really appreciate that beach chairs and umbrella were included.
