This rate does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

A small cosy house directly on the sea. This splendid property was born from a redevelopment project of an old building, a fisherman's house. While maintaining its original marine style, a touch of modernity has been added to the exterior, such as the inclusion of the beautiful whirlpool tub located on the solarium/veranda surrounding the house on the side facing the sea, with shade sails and comfortable outdoor furniture to guarantee moments of absolute relaxation. A mix of modernity, comfort and elegance that will allow guests to enjoy a holiday not found anywhere else along the entire Romagna Riviera. The house, on a slightly raised floor, has a beautiful view of the marina of Portoverde with its unforgettable sunsets. The proximity to the beach and to the Lido Restaurant, located in front of the house, offers guests the possibility of benefiting from various services directly in the property for a stay in total comfort.
Interior:
The entrance to this marine-style house leads into the small living room with kitchenette. This is the main room of the house, very comfortable and welcoming, with a dining table and a sofa from where you can watch TV. From here a small corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms - one double and one with bunk bed - and the bathroom with a large shower stall. Air conditioning in the living area.
Park:
The outdoor areas, even though not very large, are well maintained and equipped with every comfort. They are the beating heart of the house and this is where guests will spend most of the time. The house is surrounded by a raised platform in natural wood where the solarium and relaxation area is located, with sunbeds, large dining table, sofa, armchairs and a fantastic heated hydro-massage tub. There is no shortage of large shaded areas thanks to the presence of elegant and functional triangular sails. In the area below is a small garden partly covered with white stones and enhanced by the green of the plants: palm trees, reeds, banana trees and oleanders. In this area is a shower, ideal for cooling off on hot days and for rinsing off after a regenerating swim in the sea. Relaxing outdoors during the last hours of the day will be an unforgettable experience: with the colours of the sunset, the fresh sea breeze, the lights of the port, the passage of the boats and the song of the seagulls.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
