I will Never stay at this hotel again!!

There is definitely no services and no deli. They tried to give us a downgraded room for the same price at our first check-in at our second check-in we got the kitchenette we reserved, but it was pretty gross. It looked like they had just thrown the room together and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds were gross. The floor was dirty and the closet had dirty laundry in it.

When we book the room online, it stated that it come with fridge and microwave but the room given to us did not have any of those. When we spoke to the front desk, the man claimed to be the maintenance guy only and could only leave a note for us. All the shampoo and body wash were available for sale only. Not worth it with this quality and this price.

Quite loud at night with trains and people making noise. Front desk lady was very kind and talkative but did not seem to know how to deal with Expedia reservations; I paid ahead of time with OneKeyCash and she charged my credit card anyways, which I am currently trying to set straight. Would avoid in the future.

Great for graduation ‎Location

I didn’t stay here. I booked this and paid for it for my brother to attend my son‘s graduation. The ‎Location was wonderful for that. He got to avoid parking and rode his skateboard to the college. There was food and walkable stores. It was easy checking in.

Front desk service was good. My room was clean for the most part. The bathroom tub was slow to drain. Which made the tube fill up with water while taking a shower. The long mirror had spots on it. The cleaning service person came into my room & only took out one trash can of trash. Didn't put a new trash bag in the one they took. Took some of dirty towels & didn't leave fresh ones.

When I first got there the clerk was severely overwhelmed with only 3 people in line, kept telling us he should quit right there. The rooms ac was working but broken had to shove a towel in there. The fridge was torn apart wide open with the shelves all over the counter top. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape, toilet paper holder kept falling off, tub is in need of replacing, but the shower was on point. The remote for the tv wasn’t even for that tv. Maybe slept 5 hours before the live ins started making a ton of noise and waking everyone up. Do not recommend, even at the price point
