The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access.


Holiday resort
New highlight for families: Right next to the Obernsees holiday village, the new Thermelino Water World is opening – a lovingly designed children’s area with slides, water features and imaginative details. Ideal for children up to around 6–8 years, but adults also enjoy the new outdoor and relaxation area. During the period 26/06 – 30/09/26 (incl.), our guests will receive an all-day spa admission instead of the 2-hour day ticket for the Obernsees thermal baths!

The bungalow resort was partially completed in 2016 and offers beautiful bungalows in secluded locations (except for semi-detached bungalows). In 2017 the complex will be expanded with tree houses. All bungalows are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are built to a high quality and energy-efficient standard.
