The balcony offers a marvellous view, ideal for enjoying the sun with a coffee in the morning or winding down the day in the evening. You also have your own infrared sauna at your disposal.
The location of the holiday flat is ideal in both summer and winter. The ski bus is just 300 metres from the house and takes you comfortably to the Kitzbühel ski area. Unforgettable days on the piste await you there. Tobogganing and cross-country skiing are also on the programme in winter. But the surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities away from winter sports. In summer, you can explore the marvellous nature while hiking or mountain biking.
