Particularly noteworthy is the private sauna, which invites you to relax after a day on the piste. The ski lift is only a few meters away, and the piste ends at the house. A ski room with heating ensures warm, dry ski boots the following day
Mittersill, framed by the Hohe Tauern mountains, offers great leisure opportunities at any time of year. In winter you can enjoy direct access to the Kitzbühel Alps with pistes right on the doorstep. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore.

The town of Mittersill offers charming cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, while the Hohe Tauern National Park provides ideal destinations for nature lovers. A bus connection on the main road takes you quickly to other attractions in the region
