The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds), and 2 twins in the loft (couch makes into 1 twin, roll out under the couch makes the 2nd twin) in the loft. There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open

Warm and comfy

It was just as described online. The kitchen had everything we needed. Well laid out and comfortable home. Everything was very clean. It was nice to be able to park the car in garage. We felt right at home. It is a few minutes out of Moab, about 7-10, but it was very quiet and in a nice area. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated interiors to the convenient location close to all of Moab's stunning outdoor attractions, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our trip. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the garage space for our bikes. Excellent location and great property

Located close to everything in Moab. House was very nice and clean. Was not cluttered so we really fit 5 adults and all our gear. Loved having a garage! Only negative was that it got extremely warm upstairs but we could have closed the air vents. Also wish there was mirrors in the upstairs rooms. We were attending a wedding and were fighting for the bathroom mirrors. Absolutely would stay here again!

Moab Parks Trip

Property is 10 minutes south of town. Well laid out with good space. Well equipped. Needs some updating, a bit tattered around the edges. Highway noise would be an issue if use of the patio is planned. Mirrored master closet door mirror broken with sign Do Not Touch. Potentially dangerous condition should have been addressed before unit was rented again, even is just to remove door completely.

Lovely Moab condo

We've stayed in a lot of Moab condos in this area and this was definitely one of the nicer ones for a good value! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was a great place to gather with extended family. I highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay

The property was just like the listing stated. The location was close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Tons of kitchen utensils & appliances if you decide to cook. Nice main floor master for my elderly parents. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is away from town which is nice. Neighborhood is safe and noise level is non-existence after 10pm which is a plus for those who seek quietness. Easy to go for jogs and get around. The noise from the traffic is at a minimal. Not once during the stay I had to contact the property manager as they did a wonderful job detailing things.

Unit 10A1 needs a little more cleaning

We actually stayed in unit 10A1, checking in was a breeze, it looked clean until I went to shower in the master bathroom and I thought there was a bug in the shower but instead it was a huge hair ball, the master bedroom floor also had not been swept, my socks were covered in long hair with tons of dust. Also a dog or kids ball was found under the chair in living room. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and should be replaced. Other than that it was a great location and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent property for Moab

Moab is just exploding growth wise with many overpriced and kind of crappy motels/hotels etc. This rental was really a standout for the area. It was clean, modern with great amenities all around. While you are in an attached townhouse situation, there was no problem with outside noises whatsoever. The only small let downs werethat the a/c is pretty loud (especially in the master bedroom), and while the view from the patio is great, it would benefit from having an umbrella and you are facing/hearing Rt 89 about 150 yards away. Don't hesitate to rent this unit if you are coming to Moab.

Terrific Condo!

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. We appreciated the extra comfy beds and ease of access. We brought bikes so it was really helpful to have the big garage. My kids loved our stay and asked to come back next year.

This townhome community is a convenient place to stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. Nearby Monument Valley is a must see as well. The townhome has plenty of space and is well equipped. Clean and comfortable.
