Come to Moab and stay in this beautiful three-bedroom flat for eight, which can be rented with the upstairs rental, and enjoy a location within walking distance of downtown.

The 0.2-mile trek to town makes it easy to access all the must-see sites, restaurants, and bars of Moab. Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands are within approximately 30 miles, and Arches National Park is a mere five miles away. Slickrock Trial, where you can show your mountain biking prowess is only a four-mile drive.

This vacation rental has been decorated with an eye for style. The living room has classic brick walls and beckons you to relax and watch a movie on the large flatscreen cable TV, complete with a DVD player and Netflix streaming. The free WiFi will keep you connected and the private washer/dryer will allow you to pack light. Whip up delicious barbecue dinners on the gas grill, then gather around the firepit until the sun goes down.

Great stay but be aware that the twin beds are in a hallway

Beautiful place. Huge common areas and good location. Only issues we had were the twin beds were basically in a hallway between 2 bedrooms. Also we were in the downstairs unit and you can hear the people in the upstairs unit walking around. I would stay here again

Great open space with well equipped kitchen and great room for hanging out with a crowd. Having 3 full bathrooms was wonderful! Outside sitting area with grill was a bonus space to cook and hang out. The washer and dryer area was convenient. Entire place was very clean!

Perfect spot for visit to Moab

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here during our time in Moab. The space is large enough for our young adult children to have their own beds and bathrooms. The main living area was very spacious - perfect for meals, games and hanging out. Parking was easy, location ideal for visiting downtown Moab as well as the adjacent parks and recreation areas. Would highly recommend staying here!

This property is quietly located at the South end of Moab. Note that this space is a converted store front which is not made clear in the description. There is a nice amount of room including the three bathrooms so a group of 4-6 don't feel like they are on top of each other.. Drawbacks: No dressers for storing clothing. One closet. Poor selection of dishware unless you like unmicrowaveable plastic.Bring toilet paper and dish washing supplies if staying more than two days. Very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Garbage disposal had very fowl odor and had to be cleaned a couple times with ice.

Weekend dessert trip

We came here with my mom and our two small kiddos. Very conveniently located for getting outdoors or downtown, lots of space for the kids to run around and enjoy, and plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. We had a wonderful time.

Quiet, cool placr

The property was well maintained and clean. After a long, hot day outside we were able to come into a cool house due to the ac and block house. They had plenty of blankets to snuggle up at the end of the night to watch a movie. The master room bed felt like there was a bump in the middle of the bed, but it was manageable. When we arrived, we had a difficult time locating the key box because we didnt know exactly what were were looking for. We would definitely reserve this unit again.

Hard to find but great once you get there.

It’s tucked away behind some businesses and we drove by it several times before we found it. Once inside the space was great and was spacious. My group was super comfortable there. Great location - convenient to arches and convenient to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Updated property, but some plumbing issues

Property was clean and as expected, but
.both spare bathroom sinks did not work and one shower we could not use because the shower head was stuck shooting towards the ceiling. The master bath shower did not drain well. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced as you sink into the center.

Great Location and plenty of Space - needs TLC

Great location and was easy to gain access to the unit. PLENTY of space for a group of people. However, there was some additional cleaning needed and pest issues. Washing Machine was un usable and molded through. It smelled so bad of mold, you could see it. Standard care and leaving door open between uses will fix. Killed several cockroaches while in stay, including in bedroom. Needs thorough spraying and consistent pest control to prevent. Ice Machine was also frozen over. Items easily identified in regular cleaning between stays.

The condo was perfect for our trip. Spacious, modern, clean.

Beautiful condo. Only issue was the limited parking. We had trucks and trailers and parked behind condo which was easy, safe and convenient. If the back parking were cleaned up, it would of been perfect. Will stay again.
