Full of wonderful charm and many amenities, this one-bedroom Moab getaway offers a light and bright interior, paired with all of the comforts of home to make your desert getaway truly unique! The interior of this getaway is filled with windows, letting in a lot of natural light. There are cathedral ceilings and smooth shiny floors. Relax after a day of hiking around Arches and settle back on the living room's plush sofa. You can enjoy the well-furnished patio also equipped with a private gas grill if you'd like to host a cookout!

WHAT’S NEARBY
Moab is a prime location for outdoor adventure! Rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and rafting along the Colorado River are all popular pursuits here. Canyonlands National Park is about 30 miles away and stunning Arches is only about six. Take the Park Avenue trail through Arches' towering red rock formations, and then return to town for a laid-back evening at your delightful cottage. On the nights you don't feel like cooking, Moab offers a number of destination dining spots. The funky Moab Diner (mere steps away!) offers up a fun old school menu, and if you're feeling fancy, the Desert Bistro has upscale Southwestern cuisine for a special meal out.

Everything was very safe and accessible. We loved the hot tub, and the area itself was shaded and lovely. The home was comfortable. If you plan to cook, make sure to get some oil or butter as there is no oil on site.

The unit was great and exactly what we needed. A couple of suggestions: more than one pot holder would be useful. The window sills where the latches are to open the windows were very dusty. One of the blind pulls in the bedroom was hard to reach when the blinds were closed for a short person like me and could benefit from and extension. We loved having a laundry in the unit. The pet sheets were a thoughtful touch. We would most definitely stay again. Loved the location next to the creek and the trails.

Pro:* Great location! Close to everything and nice shaded creekside porch.* Not overpriced.Con:* No sheets for one of the beds. They brought some but after we went to bed.* No laundry detergent like the house manual says. We’re doing active stuff so we did want to do some laundry. Management told us they didn’t know when someone would bring any so we should buy our own.* Shelves in the closet partially collapsed when we arrived and the rest fell down when we put a pillow on it.* Water pump is loud. Anyone getting a glass of water in the night, showering first, etc will wake everyone else.

Property was perfectly located. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, bakery, and coffee shop. It was a very short drive to the parks. Perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels. We would stay here again.

The sprinklers were on so we got wet and muddy a couple of times getting into our place. We didn’t have enough propane to cook a meal on the grill. The chairs on the front porch were dirty. We had to buy salt and pepper for the place but overall it was good. In a nice area of town and loved the private deck and the hot tub was nice. Thank you

Just ok for us. Kitchen could have been stocked better with utincels etc. The cleanliness of the place was terrible. My wife is asthmatic along with allergies so was pretty miserable while we were there. Dust covered the vents, open kitchen shelving as well as dishes, cups, bowls etc on these shelves. Under the bed, behind the sofa and cabinets, the dust and debris was thick with chunks of animal hair. Location was good. If they paid mor3 attention to cleanliness, I could have maybe justified giving them a 5 star.

Amazing place, great location, shaded and cool. The only knock is the sprinklers. The walkway to the front door was covered in ankle deep water. You can go around but you have to walk through sprinklers to get to it. That's fine when you're hot, not when you are carrying your luggage.

The cabin was fantastic. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to prepare our meals. The facility was spotless. The verification process was new to us and a bit confusing. But Vacasa worked through it with us. The only downside was that we had to walk through a significant puddle of water to get to the cabin when the yard was being watered. The location is in downtown Moab, but it feels like you’re in the woods. Great stay!

Location was great but we had been camping prior to this stay and needed to do some laundry. There were 2 dryers on site and neither were working. We had called to make sure there was a working washer and dryer and was told yes. No lights worked on the front patio so going in and out after dark was a little hard. Dripping shower a bit annoying. Dead bugs in light fixutres...needs a good thorough cleaning. Some blind pulls didn't work. Owners just need to do a better job of maintaining this property. All in all....we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location in town and a perfect landing spot after full days of adventuring at the nearby parks. We had some minor maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved and the team was easy to work with and very responsive.
