Experience all that Moab has to offer when you stay in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home with access to a shared seasonal pool and nestled in the stunning red rock landscape.

Not only is this home bright and beautiful, it's also located on the 12th green of the Moab Golf Course. Other perks include access to the community's shared seasonal pool, open April through October, and its close location to the energetic center of downtown Moab.

Gather by the fireplace on plush seating in the living room and flip through channels on the cable flatscreen TV, or stream your newly made getaway playlist on the complimentary WiFi. Slip through the sliding doors and out onto the patio, where you'll find a grill and outdoor dining furniture.

Back inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for six, so it will be easy to entertain guests and spend time with one another!

When it's time to turn in for the night, guests can retire to one of three bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom offer queen-size beds and flatscreen TVs and the last room has two twin beds. Add in the queen-size air mattress, and up to eight guests will enjoy a restful sleep here.

With a private washer/dryer and two full bathrooms, you won't have to worry about staying fresh and clean while enjoying time outdoors.

Spend your mornings by the community pool, or book a tee time for the nearby Moab Golf Course. Then, head out to explore the breathtaking landscape around you. Dead Horse Point State Park is just over 30 miles away, and Canyonlands National Park is just next door. Arches National Park is less than seven miles away, and no trip to Moab is complete without exploring the park's amazing formations.

Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Moab golf get away

Everything was great for us except the the AC would not cool the place down it never got below 76 degrees in the condo and that was downstairs up stairs was very hot. we had to to over to our friends condo to cool off during out stay in the afternoon. it made it very hot for sleeping

Great location and condo

Great condo with all you need for an extended stay. A few miles outside of downtown Moab. Unit was very well equipped. A garage plus a washer/dryer was essential for our mtn bike crew.

Close to everything while in a quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean, comfortable and the southwestern deco is great! No problems at all; info provided ahead of arrival& everything in great working condition. Would definitely stay here again if back in Moab!

Beautiful Place, Awesome Location!

We were really impressed with this place. It's so pretty inside and out. The neighborhood is great. Moab Man is only a couple of blocks away. I'd love to rent it again if we get to come back to the area!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms and beds. Backyard patio looked out onto lovely yard. Kitchen well appointed. About 15 minutes to town, around 20-30 minutes to Arches National Park. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good time in Moab

The condo is in a nice quiet part of Moab so very relaxing in the evening. It was exactly as pictured in Vacasa. Bedrooms were very nice. Kitchen was well furnished although we didn’t cook any meals. It was on the chilly side so we did not get to enjoy the outside seating. The owner sent an email with the entry code & all was clear & straight forward. A very enjoyable stay in Moab!

Great condo for family of 4

This was a really great place for our family of 4. We were working/doing school remotely and needed a place with reliable wifi and places to work, which it had. It also provided a home base for our trips to Canyonland (highly recommended!) and Arches NPs. Although the kitchen is small and cooking supplies limited, the art and amenities are thoughtful and made us feel excited to be here. We would definitely come back.
