Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this home balances style, comfort, and convenience.
Need to work remotely? High-speed internet (approx. 46.5 Mbps download / 8.22 Mbps upload) and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. You can even take your laptop to the primary suite balcony and enjoy views of the Moab Rim while you work. After a day on the trails, soak in your private hot tub located on the back patio. Guests also enjoy access to a shared shaded yard and picnic space. The two-car garage offers secure storage for bikes and gear, complete with a bike wash station. –Good to Know– • This is a two-story unit; all bedrooms are located upstairs and require stair access. • No pets allowed. • Private hot tub located on back patio. • Ample on-street parking available for trailers and recreational equipment. • Additional Fees for Longer Stays: Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, additional monthly fees will be required for EACH additional month you are staying. These monthly fees include: $100/month hot tub fee and $150/month for required housekeeping service. The monthly housekeeping service is included in the cleaning fee amount you pay at the time of booking. The hot tub fee will be added separately on your reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 60 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance.
