In this gorgeous home, you will find beautiful hardwood floors. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bath. A private entrance door is located in the room with bunk beds.
Upstairs features a huge balcony with a fire pit that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the hallway at the top of the stairs. Located in this same hallway is a mini-fridge perfect for storing drinks and that late night snack. A large bathroom along with a massive walk-in closet can found next to the master bedroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom that features a small balcony. This bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom.
Outdoors you will find a spacious garden with a wooden walkway that takes you through gorgeous Utah wildflowers. In addition to a grill, you will see a picnic table for outdoor dining.
In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? Weâd love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within two days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including the length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.
