After a sunny day outside, come back to the condo and relax on the patio equipped with a firepit, gas grill, and great views of Moab’s mountains and legendary sunsets. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to finish your meals. Full and content, enjoy the living room's leather sofa and collection of board games. Don't forget to take advantage of the shared on-site amenities that include a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, covered picnic areas, and a hot tub!

An easy 10-minute drive will bring you into downtown Moab, which awaits just seven miles north. You'll also be only 14 miles south of Arches National Park and 23 miles from Canyonlands Airport.

Since it could be a one and off... I wasn’t going to post a review but every attempt to do that failed. But as stated above. Upon first arriving the place seemed clean, orderly and well equipped. A pleasant space. We enjoyed many activities including Arches, Canyonlands x2, rafting , Dead Horse Point. And we did experience some cleaning issues. The toilet in one bedroom was unflushed full of toilet paper. The other bathroom shower had blue drips down the tile ( some were still there when I left) and on the glass door. There was spilled blue I assume conditioner on the shelf. When cooking we found a skillet with baked on food and multiple utensils which were dirty. Also I would recommend more transparency regarding location and highway noise.. It would be nice to hear back from Vacasa or host . Since this seems to be an automated line.

Great place, bad noise

Overall the townhouse is fantastic, the cleanliness was impeccable and the place is very spacious. With the heat in Moab the pool is awesome. However if you are not use to road noise this is not your place. The major highway through Moab runs 100 yards from the townhouse. Tractor trailers run this all night long. I feel the listing should indicate this prior to reservation.

This property was perfect for our family of five. Everyone enjoyed having the extra room to spread out after being in hotels for days leading up to this stop, and having two showers was also a wonderful benefit! The kitchen is well-stocked, the home is comfortable and beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus to relax in after hiking in Moab all day.

Arches and Canyonland Exploration

We really liked this location...very handy to Arches National Park (which was amazing). I was bummed about timed entry into the park because slots were filled. Learned you can enter the park before 7:00 am or after 4:00 pm so we got there shortly after 6 am and spent the day hiking and exploring. The condo was very clean and quiet. I didn't use the pool but walked around it and through the neighborhood. Very peaceful area and the backdrop of the mountains was spectacular. Burger and veggies on the grill with a beer was a perfect way to end a day exploring the park. Moab was a condensed energetic area but it was nice to be a mile or so up the road at the end of the day.

Previous reviewers who complained about the road noise are overreacting. It’s not noticeable. I slept very well all three nights staying here. Good location and kids loved the pool and spa. Will stay here again.

A few frustrations, but we would give it a second chance

The property was really clean and in a nice location. Loved the pool, playground and basketball court. Our code to get in the front door didn’t work, we were on hold with Vacasa for 20 minutes trying to get it figured out. I wish the bedrooms had blackout curtains, highway lights come through the shades all night long. Our towels in the linen closet were damp and so were our bed sheets. There was no door handle on the inside door of the bathroom and one of our kids got stuck in there without us knowing for 15ish minutes. Little things like these add up to poor property management by Vacasa. I hope they do a better job for the owner in the future. With all of this said we would give this rental another try, I think these all could be resolved and then this would be a perfect property to stay at.

Poor customer service

The condo and location were great. Clean also. Propane was out on fireplace outside, but that was addressed the day after check-in so we could use it. Customer service was sub par. I sent a message to Utah Vacasa thru the app about a week out to ask for a late check out (later than 10am) and got no response. So I text the number on the listing. Still no response. I found another number I called and was instructed to text a 3rd number. They got back to me telling me that if I didn't get an email about an offered late check out that it was not available. They were not accommodating at all via text and offered no help. Late check out was eventually offered to me via email, but I was on vacation amd not checking my emails so I missed it. Not my best dealing with a condo rental and we have stayed with lots.

Exactly What We Needed

We stayed in this condo 9/30 through 10/4. We had four adults and one dog in our group and the condo was the perfect size. Both bedrooms are a decent size with full baths and smart TVs in each. Although the listing states the beds were queen sized they seemed more full sized. That said, they were very comfortable. The kitchen area is a little tight for more than one person to be in at a time but the dining area and living room are very spacious. As people have stated in previous reviews the condo is situated near Hwy 191 but for us the road traffic was a non-issue. If you are a light sleeper and sensitive to sound you may have a problem. Also there is new construction occurring in the complex. Again, a non-issue for us but some folks are picky. Please note that this block of condos (17A1-17A4) do not have a garage so if you are looking for a place to store a side by side or other toy there are none here. There are 2 parking spaces and plenty of trailer parking. If we had one complaint about this property it would be the time to check-in. We realize and appreciate there are extra efforts being made to clean and sanitize the space. We would just like to see it bumped up a bit to be more accommodating. At the very least allow for travelers to use the amenities such as the pool and hot tub when they arrive. I understand there are rules..it is strictly my personal wish. All in all it was another successful, fun, comfortable vacation in Moab!

Beautiful condo

We loved the beautiful condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the pool after hiking at Arches all day. We had some difficulty getting into the place. The code was not correct to access the key at the front door. We called vacasa and after a long hold time they gave us access to another key. That was the only hard part. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect Property for the Outdoor Adventurer

We loved this home for so many reasons: - Stellar rim vistas - Just right on the outskirts of the city for a little more peace & quiet, but close enough to pop in for dinner, shopping, groceries - The pool and spa are great - especially to soak after biking or hiking - but beware there are A LOT of families so it's not as peaceful as you'd like. - Perfect layout for 2-4 people. Grilling in the evening on the patio watching the sunset over the rim vista was a treat! - The kitchen is also fully stocked with all you could need to cook! It doesnt go into detail on the site, but they have pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, every utensil you'll need, tons of drink and dining ware.
