Townhome Close to Town & Ntl Parks | Pool & HotTub

Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A4) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

This condo is a perfect base for seeing the Moab area. It is in a condominium community that is set back from Route 191. This particular unit is far enough away from the road that noise is not an issue. The spacious garage is so useful. And the owner has posted tips on the wall for his favorite things to do in the area. Don't miss the Needles Overlook. It is a long drive, but very worthwhile, and totally uncrowded.

Loved having the garage for bikes! Bedrooms were plenty big as were the living and dining areas. All of the bedrooms are up a long flight upstairs so if that is an issue for you, beware. Overall great property.

Great home base in Moab

My parents and I had a great stay here. We were in Moab for 4 days and were very comfortable. This home is sparkling clean and very well maintained. I appreciated the pools & hot tub to relax after long days of hiking and exploring. Kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was a huge plus to keep the car out of the hot sun and made packing/unpacking very easy. Thanks for a great trip, I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Getaway

This unit is very nice and well appointed. Even a coffee grinder in the kitchen - nice touch! Being about 10 minutes south of town allowed for a quiet stay, and although we live only 1 1/2 hours away from Moab, it was just nice to get away. Will stay here again! Tom

Great place to stay in Moab!

The condo was super clean and very welcoming. All furniture and appliances were in excellent shape and we loved all of the Moab pictures throughout the home. The neighborhood also has dog potty bag and cans for easy cleanup which is very welcoming for us dog lovers. We had plenty of parking for our jeeps during our EJS week stay!! I’ll definitely try and rent this unit again!

Moab Fall Break 2023

Our stay in Moab was great. The condo was a little south of town and the are was not nearly as busy. We were able to quickly run into town to get food, but then get outside town for more peace and quiet. The condo had plenty of room for our family, and we especially like the 2.5 baths and the bedrooms. Our family of 5 had enough space for everybody. We were able to visit Arches and Canyonlands (both Island in the Sky and Needles). There is a nice map in the garage with some favorites, and we plan to come back to check out the other suggestions.

Two 80+ Year-olds Experience Moab for First Time

It was a really magical experience for my 82-yo mother and 86-yo aunt, along with me, my daughter, my fiancĂ©e and her three kids. Townhome was splendid. Stocked with everything we needed and such a nice , clean place in general. Five-star rating for sure. Our only concerns were that my mom and aunt had some challenges navigating the stairs, the toilets were kind of low for them, and no grab bars in the shower
but the property was not listed as ADA compliant so that’s not a complaint - that’s my fault for not researching it more thoroughly. Mom and my aunt live in assisted living facilities so they require more help but this mini/vacation was really great for them overall. So again, zero complaints. They obviously wished to have had a high-seat toilet and shower grab bars, but I’m sure those type of properties exist. The townhome was really top-notch and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Spacious townhouse

The townhouse was lovely. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast and dinner. It’s close enough to town and the national parks but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The night sky was stunning with the surrounding mountains.

Clean and updates condo just south of Moab

Check in was super easy and the location was just a few miles south of the city, so you get a break from the main town traffic without being too far away. The pool, hot tub, and garage were a definite plus! Very dog friendly with lots of grassy areas for walking right outside the patio gate. Plenty of room to park larger vehicles and trailers out on the street. Highly recommend!

Family weekend

We had a wonderful time staying in Moab and really enjoyed the property. The check-in process was easy and communication was great. The location is far enough away from downtown Moab but close enough to everything you want to do. The rooms were spacious and the house was perfect for the 8 of us. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and had plenty of room. I would recommend this property if you are ever in Moab.
