Very nice for a cheap place to stay. The rooms were nice, it was safe and quiet, and the staff was friendly and courteous. It is by no means a five-star hotel, but you're also not paying for a five-star experience. I would definitely stay there again.

PHENOMENAL. Me and my Wife always stay here when we're in Mobile and Mardi Gras weekend was no different! Quiet and safe area with lots of food and shopping nearby. The customer service was great and the room was even better! Cant wait for our next trip to mobile!

They assigned us a room that wasn’t ready then put in a room that was not the cleanest. Had to go to get clean linen the linen on the bed had stains on it

It was just average. We needed one night just for a place to sleep. It was just that. Front desk was the highlight. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was also good. Beds were comfy for the night. There was one ice machine on the other side of the building and it was not working. It was fine for what was needed

Even though the hotel was rated 7 it definitely was not, in my opinion. I booked a smoke free room, however upon walking in the maharaja smell was overwhelmingly strong. In the place where a small sofa was supposed to be was a rolling computer chair. There was no blow dryer. The top of the toilet had a huge very visible crack. The shower curtain was only held on by a few snaps and the water was barely warm. Also, there were only two towels, that even for one person is definitely not enough. I usually stay at this chain and have no complaints. Sadly, I will not be staying here again.
