Enchanting Forestwood Retreat

Summary:
Welcome to Enchanting Forestwood Retreat! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers a peaceful setting just outside downtown Mobile. Enjoy easy access to groceries, dining, and the University of South Alabama. Perfect for families or groups, it’s your ideal "home-away-from-home." Pet-friendly with a fee. We’ve included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team for transparency. We’d love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find yourself in the cozy living room furnished with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. To the left of the living room, you will find additional space to spread out and relax.
This room has two comfortable armchairs.
Through the sitting room are the dining room with a large farm table and fully-equipped kitchen. The galley-style kitchen maximizes efficiency; get any meal whipped up in no time!
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the hall and accessed from the kitchen or the living room. Bedroom one features two full-size beds. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom three is the master. Here you will find two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second full bathroom also has a shower/tub combination.
The washer and dryer located in the garage are available for use.
Don't forget the fully-fenced backyard with patio furniture and a grill!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area, about two mile from University of South Alabama.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
