Casa La Palmera - Holiday house close to the beach

Lovely comfortably furnished house with large terrace in the immediate proximity of the beach at the popular holiday resort of Arguineguin. The accommodation is in a quiet location and has direct access from the street with free parking. The house has a spacious open living area and a kitchen equipped with every comfort, two bedrooms, one bathroom, another toilet and a large, private terrace with many tropical plants and wonderful sea views. 



The complex offers a swimming pool, supermarket, café/bar and a sportsground. The most beautiful beach of Gran Canaria, Anfi del Mar beach with caribbean sand and many shops, restaurants, gym etc. are nearby and can be used by the public.

Lovely villa in perfect quiet location

The welcome by Lenka was great, she met us after a late arrival. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. It has a lovely shared pool, and is only a short walk away from the beautiful Anfi beach. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed holiday.

Fijn huisje, schoon, alles aanwezig, fijne gastvrouw

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huisje, dat er van binnen en van buiten goed uitzag en van alle gemakken is voorzien. Leuk terras met prachtige palmboom, wel flink muurtje, waardoor je niet echt uitzicht hebt, zie het als een binnentuin. Communicatie met de verhuurder was goed (snelle reactie en heel vriendelijk). Denk er wel om dat je goed ter been moet zijn of een auto moet hebben om naar bijvoorbeeld het strand en de boulevard te gaan, want het huisje ligt wat hoger.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Palmen auf der Terrasse.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen und die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und aufmerksam, wir bedanken uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt.
