Beautiful penthouse in a privileged location, in the Club Playa Macenas Golf & Beach Resort.
The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private solarium, views to the sea and the mountains.

Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, sea views and en suite bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds.

Terrace: with sea views

Centralized air conditioning and hot water by electric boiler.

Access to the beach from the same urbanization.

Accommodation:

The apartment consists of a kitchen, small but very practical, with natural light and equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster). It has a union to the living room, with an interior window.
The apartment has a washing machine.

The living room, with a large window with beautiful views, has a table, sofa bed and TV available. It has direct access to the terrace.

The rooms have all natural light. The main (suite) has direct access to the terrace. And the apartment has two bathrooms.

On the terrace there is a table, chairs and armchairs to enjoy a magnificent breakfast with incredible views. The garden facing the terrace is very quiet, so the noise will not disturb any moment of relaxation.

Great Holyday in Mojacar - CALA LUNA

The apartment is very nicely decorated, so it is very pleasant to stay there. The must : the magnificent view of both the sea and the mountains, whether from the living room or from the two terraces. The upper terrace is very spacious and beautifully decorated too! This was the 5th time we stayed at this resort, and I think it was this apartment that gave us the best view so far. Victor is very pleasant, easily reachable for any question, and good advice as to activities, outings, restaurants etc. A booklet is available in the apartment with as much information as possible. The only trouble we experienced during our stay (which is not due to the apartment or Victor) is that the main pool was closed, so all people ended up at the secondary pools that were quickly saturated, and with the noise that as many people can produce until 10:00 PM ... This did not prevent us from having a great stay in Victor's apartment, which is why we absolutely recommend this rental !!!

Amazing apartment, beautiful landscape

We had an outstanding week at Mojacar and loved that apartment! It is situated in a lovely zone right next to a beautiful beach and is an excellent choice for relaxing holidays. The apartment counts with everything you need, a perfectly equiped kitchen, nicely furnished living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 very cute bedrooms. All equipment is state of the art, all rooms are decorated in a lovely way, we didn't miss anything! But the most amazing part of the apartment are the 2 terraces with an extra-ordinary seaview. But if you decide at anytime to leave the apartment in order to do some sightseeing, it is perfectly located for that purpose, just some km away from the beautiful cabo the gata. The owner Victor is extremely friendly and offers help and support with any issue or question you might have, an excellent host of unbelievable kindness! Keeping it short and simple: absolutely recommendable, don't think about it twice, don't miss it, just go and enjoy to the max, you won't regret!

Online advertentie is niet correct. Er is geen fitness, geen golf

Zeer mooie ligging en rustig. Netheid ver te zoeken. Veel last van mieren in de keuken. Niets om handen om eens deftig te poetsen als je 2 weken blijft. Verschillende malen zonder electriciteit gevallen. Wasmachine dat je niet aan kan zetten, geen handleiding voor handen. Laatste dag ontdekt hoe verlichting op dakterras werkt. Buitendeur was veiligheidsdeur maar kon je niet op slot doen. Geen deftige zetel om in te zitten, was volledig doorgezeten. Geen ligbedden om te zonnen.

Cala Luna

This is a great property. The views are amazing, and the sound of the sea is soothing all day. The balcony and roof terrace are first class. A couple of small bits of constructive criticism would be 1. Once given the directions by Mojacar Estate office, the accommodation was still a little bit tricky to find on arrival at the urbanization. 2. The main pool and restaurant facilities are shut down and look as if they have been for a while... so these probably shouldn't be indicated on any photos or descriptions. There is a pool right next to this apartment however which was excellent and very clean.

Merecidas vacaciones

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus vacaciones fuera de casa pero como si siguieras en ella. Estå adornada con mucho gusto y no le falta un detalle. La urbanización dónde se encuentra es muy tranquila y la piscina estupenda. Qué decir sobre el propietario?? ; Es un señor super atento y educado. Desde el primer día de hacer la reserva te facilita cualquier información que necesites . Muchas gracias por todo, volvemos.

Un apartamento precioso.

El apartamento tiene una buena ubicaciĂłn en una urbanizacĂ­Ăłn muy segura y tranquila. Tiene unas vistas preciosas y es muy cĂłmodo. Con unos muy buenos colchones, una excelente climatizaciĂłn y una terraza- ĂĄtico maravillosa. Cumple con todas las expectativas que se adivinan en las fotos. Victor, el anfitriĂłn, es muy atento y con Ă©l puedes mantener una comunicaciĂłn rĂĄpida en cualquier momento. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

Casa espectacular, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Cuidado al Minimo detalle por sus propietatios para hacerte disfrutar y poder desconectar en las playas de Mojacar. Se encuentra ubicada a primera lĂ­nea de playa, en una urbanizaciĂłn espectacular y desde sus magnĂ­fica terraza puedes disfrutar de toda la costa. Muy muy recomendable!!
