Beautiful house in great location

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with crockery and very comfortable beds! The short walking distance to gorgeous cycling paths and of course the beach, where it was easy to hire surf boards and bikes, was a real bonus!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben: wunderschön, toller Außenbereich, komplett ausgestattet mit allem für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Ideal für Urlaub von 2 Familien. Von anderen Ferienhäusern umgeben, dennoch ruhig und ungestört. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, Restaurants und Bars.

la plus charmante maison de Moliets

un séjour merveilleux;... la maison est vraiment faite pour profiter de vacances à la fois dynamiques (surf / golf / tennis... et tout cela à pieds) et tranquilles... la maison étant à l'écart de la foule de Moliets.... c'est d'ailleurs l'un des points forts de la "reverie" concilier tous les rêves de vacances désirés. rose, Sophie, león et alain.

Schönes Ferienhaus aber

Das Haus könnte ein Traum sein, der Eigentümer hat wirklich Geld in die Hand genommen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail alles Durchdacht. Leider, wird es nicht richtig gepflegt. Es müsste ganz ganz dringend eine richtige Grundreinigung gemacht werden ( finde es übel wenn die Arbeitsplatte, Kühlschrank usw. kleben oder die Tomatensoßen vom Vorgänger noch am Schrank haftet. Ein Gärtner wäre ebenso wünschenswert, es könnte ein perfektes Häuschen sein. 10 Minuten vom atemberaubenden Strand 🏖️ entfernt. Hoffe der Putzmensch/Putzfirma wird ausgetauscht dann nix wie hin…..

Agréable pour l'espace mais la plage n'est pas si proche, comme annoncé sur la publicité : au moins 20 minutes à pied... et encore plus pour accéder à la véritable plage. Vaisselles : aucun couteau à viande, manque d'ustensiles pour "faire la cuisine" (une très grande poêle, sans couvercle et une petite).

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung - wir kommen wieder

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet um sich und die Familie zu verpflegen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben, indem man nichts vermisst! Der Pool ist groß und uneinsichtig von den Nachbarn, die Kinder und Erwachsenen waren jeden Tag baden! Der Pool war schön warm! Die Terrasse erlaubt zwar keinen Blick aufs Meer aber man hört es und man der Blick kann über die Hausdächer und Bäume schweifen und den Sonnenuntergang fast bis zum Ende sehen. Es gibt einen guten Gas-Webergrill, ausreichend Geschirr und zahlreiche Gläser und Tassen in unterschiedlichen Größen. Zu unserer Zeit war der Supermarkt in Moliets et Maa nur noch sehr spärlich bestückt bzw. in der zweiten Woche im Oktober dann genau wie die Bäcker schon zu. In 5min mit dem Auto erreicht man zwei gute Boulangeries und ein großer Super U in Moliets Centre. (v.a. Die kleine im Ort an der Nebenstrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir danken den Anbietern und Angestellten und kommen vielleicht mal wieder!

Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit einem wunderschönen Garten auf drei Ebenen. Die Ausstattung war großzügig (viele Teller, Gläser, Tassen, etc.) Ein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche wäre schön gewesen. Das Meer ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Fahrradverleih alles in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub.

Wonderful villa close to the beach

We had an amazing time in the villa! It is just wonderful and has everything you need (and more), like a pool, beautiful patio, BBQ grill, nice common area, and great rooms with more than enough space. Additionally, the closeness to the beach, surf shops, and golf site as well as bars and some restaurants is almost unbeatable. It's just a little more than 5min to everything! The only thing that was not perfect was the speed of the internet. We managed to get past this once we bought a mobile router though. Also, communication with Sarah (house owner) and Sally (housekeeper) was really easy. All in all, we really enjoyed our time in this little surfer paradise.

En cette fin de saison estivale nous avons pu apprécier l’emplacement et le calme de cette maison! Très chaleureuse nous avions réellement l’impression d’être en famille. Petit bémol sur le peu de plat pour préparer à manger mais sinon tout était parfait !

Une belle maison à 5 minutes à pieds de l’océan.

Une confortable suite parentale avec 1 lit de 160. Et une salle de bain privative. Les 3 autres chambres sont plus petites avec deux lits de 140 et et deux lits simples. Là pièce commune est spacieuse, comprenant un coin salon, une table pour déjeuner à 8 et la cuisine (ouverte donc). Nous avons cependant déjeuner le plus souvent sur la terrasse, qui est à l’abri du vent et de la pluie ( car il pleut dans les Landes!) La piscine est agréable mais présente finalement peu d’intérêt quand la mer est si proche. L’état général de la maison est bon mais on peut noter quelques traces d’usure : toiles de poussière au plafond, boutons de porte dévissés, lavabos un peu bouchés, banc de la terrasse bancal , chaise extérieure cassée, terrasse en bois de la piscine vieillissante, tuyau d’arrosage abîmé, absence de moustiquaires aux fenêtres….. beaucoup de petits détails, mais vu le prix, on est en droit d’être exigeant !!! Le jardin n’avais pas été entretenu depuis quelque mois, ce qui m’a obligé à couper moi même les ronces le jour de l’arrivée. Sur place, nous avons eu contact avec une personne chargée du ménage et du management - si bien qu’en cas d’urgence, les problèmes sont rapidement prix en main. Deuxième point à améliorer : l’équipement de la cuisine. Le strict minimum est la pour 8 personnes. Mais il manque des plats, des ustensiles à pâtisserie, des couteaux qui coupent vraiment.(heureusement, nous avions 1 couteau Opinel avec nous.

Wunderschönes, stilvolles Haus, das alle Wünsche erfüllt

Sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es ist ein Ort, wo man zur Ruhe kommen kann und Ferienträume wahr werden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus hat eine sehr harmonische und schöne Atmosphäre. Es liegt zudem sehr nah am zentralen Strand und ist dabei trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage - und sooooo gemütlich

Das sehr stilsicher eingerichtete Häuschen liegt perfekt in Laufnähe zum Strand, Wochenmarkt, Bäcker. Die unterschiedlichen Sitzplätze im Außenbereich schaffen für jede Tageszeit ein gemütliches Plätzchen und der Gasgrill macht die Verpflegung mit frischem Fisch und Meeresgetier vom Markt zum Traum für jeden Grillfan. Der beheizte Pool war bei den Kindern natürlich der Renner und der Strand mit den großen Wellen zum Hüpfen und der durch Ebbe und Flut scheinbar ständig ändernden Optik war zum Träumen schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und flink. Wir haben unsere zweiwöchige Auszeit mit der Familie hier sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

La maison porte bien son nom Rêverie, la déco est très belle autant à l'intérieure qu'à l'extérieure, l'environnement est très calme, et nous étions proche de la plage et des activités. Je recommande cette maison.

C'est une très belle maison décorée avec goût tant l'intérieur que l'extérieur. La piscine chauffée est très appréciable. La proximité de la plage et de tous commerces, petits marchés, pistes cyclables … est un atout très important. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et y reviendrions sans hésiter

Une superbe maison qui a été pensé pour toute la famille aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Son emplacement au calme permet de profiter de tout à pied : plage, commerce... Une ambiance cosy et une piscine, que demander de plus ?
