The Space
Ideal for 3 people with mountain view - 35 sqm. with private bathroom and shared kitchen equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Going down the internal stairs you can access the solarium from which you can dive into the lake and come back up by a ladder. The solarium on the lake is made of teak wood and has comfortable chairs and sofas on which to sunbathe. There are also chairs and tables where you can eat or simply drink an aperitif. The apartment is particularly suitable for families wishing to spend a few days on the lake.

Guests access
Going down the stairs you can access the dock where there is an aperitif corner for the use of customers of the structure. There are 4 wooden tables where you can sit in the cool and have a chat. A door leads to the wooden pier from which you can dive into the lake and climb up a ladder. The balcony on the lake has comfortable chairs and sofas on which to sunbathe. There are also chairs and tables where you can eat or simply take a drink while admiring the beautiful lake.

The neighborhood - overview
Moltrasio is a small village overlooking Lake Como. A few steps away is the pier of the navigation of Lake Como. The Darsena of Riva Grande is located along the Strada Statale Regina exactly in front of the lake during the summer you can access the lake from a private pier that extends into the inner part of the Darsena.

How to move
It's possible to visit Moltrasio on foot: it's an ancient stone village that overlooks Lake Como. Not far from the Darsena there are the Lido of Moltrasio, the Grand Hotel Imperiale, Villa Passalacqua, Hotel Posta Moltrasio. The best way to move is on foot or by bicycle.
The Navigazione boat dock is 150 meters away. With the boat of Navigazione del Lago di Como you can reach Como and Bellagio.

By train with Ferrovie Nord: from the station Como Lago of Ferrovie Nord follow for Piazza Cavour. Take the first boat with stop Moltrasio or Bus C10-20 from Como Piazza Mazzini to Moltrasio Panoramica.

By train with Ferrovie dell'Stato: from Como San Giovanni Station follow via Tolomeo Gallio continuing on via Giuseppe Garibaldi towards Piazza Cavour. Take the first boat with stop Moltrasio or Bus C10-20 from Como Piazza Mazzini to Moltrasio Panoramica.

By car coming from Milan: exit Como Nord - Cernobbio. From Cernobbio Centro follow for Moltrasio through the Strada Regina Vecchia that runs along the lake. At 3 km there is Moltrasio. The Darsena of Riva Grande has a free public parking in front of the entrance. If there is no parking space available, it is possible to find a parking space along the Strada Antica Regina.

By car coming from Switzerland: exit Como Nord, continue towards Cernobbio. From Cernobbio Centro follow for Moltrasio through the Strada Regina Vecchia that runs along the lake. At 3 km there is Moltrasio. The Darsena of Riva Grande has a free public parking in front of the entrance. If there is no parking space available, it is possible to find a parking space along the Strada Antica Regina.
