My family had a wonderful stay at this property in Menton. Perfect location by the beach and the historic center and all of the conveniences you could ask for within a short walk. The property was spacious and the beds were all comfortable. The cold AC helped to cool down after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well supplied and the 2 1/2 bathrooms were appreciated. The terrace sealed the deal. With views of the Alps to the sea and plenty of room for all five of us to relax made our stay memorable. Having a parking spot and close proximity to the French and Italian coast made this a perfect place to stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful and the check in and check out process was simple. We hope to stay here again in the fut.

Comfortable well-appointed apartment in good location with a great terrace

Well appointed apartment close to the railway station, the beach and local shops but not noisy during the day or at night - inside the apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable - outside space was great with lovely views of the hills behind Menton (the terrace could do with a bit of love and some new plants but we fed this back and I think this in hand - despite this we spent a lot of time on the terrace and loved it!) - check in and check out and communication during our stay was straightforward and helpful - overall we really liked this apartment and would happily stay here again - Andy

Great Location

Great place, lots of space and has everything you need. Easy walking distance to train station, supermarket, restaurants and obviously the beach and Menton. Stay could not have been better. Hopefully we will be there same time next year!
