Wrost maintained hotel ever. Outdated room, dirty sheets at check in, horrible customer service. Dirty amenities. Garden was closed with huge exterior renovation gong on with noise and a huge crane at my balcony. Mind you, i paid extra for the garden view and they would not redund me anything. Fitness center was so dirty, broken steps as you walk in and the entire front of the hotel smells like piss. Do not stay here!

Worse Experience Ever

Although the staff was wonderful, one star is over stating the visit, ownership is the worst. The A/C was down, The shower didn’t work. There were no wash clothes. No soap. No refrigerator. No water. The window shutter opened and closed all day long. the entry to the hotel was blocked, the back entry was locked.

Beautiful hotel with gardens near tain sation

Lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station, you walk among a beautiful garden before you reach the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff, my garden view room was very nice, no issues with anything. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure.

Large landscape, beautiful terraces, live entertainment. Lobby bar and reception employees were extremely gracious and helpful. Rooms are renovated but some modern commodities were lacking such as a plug close to the bed. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

War im grossen und ganzen okey Zimmer war mittelmĂ€ssig sauber Man hört absolut alles von den anderen zimmern. Auch wĂ€hrend der nacht gab es auch lĂ€rm. Es wurde uns beim check in praktisch nichts erklĂ€rt aussert wo das FrĂŒhstĂŒck serviert wird. WĂŒrde ich nicht nochmals hingehen .

Sejours de 3 nuits : chambre au rez de chaussĂ©e .porte de la chambre donnant sur la sortie de secours qui donne sur le parking, bcp de passage et du bruit des personnes qui parlent fort et des bagages.chambre sombre et bcp de vis a vis. On a paye 3jours de parking mais a demande le parking a partir du 2eme jour merci de me rembourser les 9€ . Petit dĂ©jeuner presque vide Ă  partir de 9h20 du matin.

À l'arrivĂ©e pas le bon accĂšs car il y avait des travaux dans le jardin de l'hĂŽtel ce qui bloquait l'accĂšs de l'hĂŽtel en vĂ©hicule. Le site et l'hĂŽtel ne prĂ©viennent qu'il y a des travaux donc le matin pas possible de se reposer avec le bruit des engins. Pas de ventilation. Pas de climatisation. Petit dĂ©jeuner mĂ©diocre pour le prix car pas assez variĂ©. Ne vaut pas le prix qui est de 25 euros. Et au moment de prendre la chambre ce n'Ă©tait pas la bonne chambre.
