Cleanliness
* Please keep the space tidy during your stay. * Dispose of garbage in the provided bins before check-out.Find extra Grgabe bags at bottom of bin.Leave garbage in bins or tied bags in the unit * Excessive mess may incur a cleaning fee.
Do not move any items from floor to floor eg downstairs to upstairs. You can return used items eg utensils to the right floor. Do not move any furniture, fabric, equipment etc from floor to floor.Each floor is well equiped for its needs.
Damage & Breakage
* Please report any damages or issues immediately. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Pets
* Pets are not allowed
Appliances & Utilities
* Turn off lights, appliances, when not in use. * Do not tamper with utility systems.
Parking
* Parking available for free at the driveway facing Robinson street *Parking available for 3 vehicles, a 4th vehicle can park at free street parking * Do not park on the driveway facing Fernand- Landry street * Do not block driveways or neighboring properties.
Safety
* Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit temporarily or at end of your stay * Do not use candles or open flames.
Illegal Activities
* No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property.
