The residence is located in the heart of the town, very convenient for reaching the beach and as a starting point for pleasant walks and excursions in the surrounding areas. The apartments, fully furnished and functionally designed, have all the comforts necessary for a comfortable holiday.

The structure is divided into three buildings:
-Casa Giada is located in the characteristic historic center, about 50/100 m from the sea. The apartments are located in a typical Ligurian building, renovated, with reception, free wi-fi (excluding the two-room apartment for 4 people), lift.

-La Casa dei Marinai is located in a pedestrian area, near the church of Santa Croce, in the eastern village, just 50 m from the sea.

-The fishermen's house, typically Ligurian, is located in the western village about 30 m from the sea.
 




This 40-square-meter apartment, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, features a comfortable arrangement with 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with a variety of amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay for occupants.

In terms of accessibility, the apartment caters to diverse needs, including closed-captioned TV, a fixed shower seat, grab bars in the shower and near the toilet, and a roll-in shower with a width of 100 centimeters. The flooring is tiled throughout the room. Accessibility is further enhanced with wheelchair-friendly features such as wheelchair-accessible pathways, doorways, and bathroom facilities.

The bathroom is well-appointed with a bidet, hairdryer, and a private shower. The bedroom offers climate-controlled air conditioning, heating, and the option of free cots/infant beds. For added privacy, there is a separate bedroom, and entertainment is provided through a flat-screen TV.
