This showcase home has a beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, complete with all the cookware and bakeware you will need to make your vacation a cullinary delight. The entire home has new paint and flooring throughout making it feel fresh and new. The colors in the home are relaxing and embody a modern upscale lake theme.
The living room and dining room both have seating for 6. There is a 55' smart tv in the living room as well as a 52' smart tv in the basement. The bedrooms have 50' tvs, but with the sunrises and sunset, party deck at the dock, great swimming and boating, watching tv will be the last thing on your mind. There is wifi at the home if you need to squeeze in some work while you are on vacation, and there is even a cozy desk in the living room for you to set up your laptop.

The bedrooms are large and comfortable; each bed has a new memory foam mattress. The master bedroom (with full bath) has a small balcony and what a view! The 2nd bedroom is also on the upper level (shares a full bath with the hall). Downstairs is the kid's bunk room that can double as a rec room, complete with a sitting area, tv, and it's own full bath. (all the bathrooms have been remodeled and are beautiful!)

There is a gas grill on the patio if you want to catch dinner while you are playing on the lake, or grilling burgers is always a hit. The walk to the dock is short and gentle. The party deck is perfect for catching some sun, so throw on your bathing suit, grab a beach towel, and go enjoy!
Renters may not bring pets to the Waterfront - Section V. Any renters found to have pets will be given 24-hours in which to either have them boarded or to vacate the townhouse.

Per Regulations for The Waterfront Section V,this townhome may sleep 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 3 years old.|
