ProblÚme à l'arrivée
Abritel n'a fournit aucun numéro de logement ni de de code pour accéder au logement nous avons attendu pendant plus de 2h30 dans la voiture en plein soleil, impossible de joindre Abritel nous avons dû déranger la propriétaire pour avoir les informations celle-ci était trÚs confuse que nous ayons attendu tant attendue surtout qu'Abritel avait toutes les infformations.
De plus dans l'annonce sur le site Abritel dans la description de la location il est stipulée 2 salles de bains alors qu'il y en a qu'une, Nous demandons à Abritel un dédommagement pour sa publicité mensongÚre et pour le manque d'informations qui nous a occasionné tant de désagrément.
La propriĂ©taire n'est en aucun cas concernĂ©e car elle nous a fournit tous les Ă©lĂ©ments, elle Ă fait tout pour nous ĂȘtre agrĂ©able et nous arranger, Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse.
Le seule responsable est la Société Abritel que bien sûr je ne solliciterait plus jamais.
Nous attendons une réponse rapide de la part d'Abritel pour le dédommagement.
