NEVER AGAIN!! Due to a large event close by there were very few options available so I took a chance here. When we arrived (late) I was expected to pay the remainder of my stay upfront. The clerk was combative when I mentioned I had never done that before, telling me I couldn’t cancel my room. It was 1am and was ready to just settle in. When I walked in out “king suite”, it took my breath, smelling old and mildew like. There was trash left in all the cans, hair in the sheets, crumbs on the bed and no sheets on or available to put on the pullout sofa bed mattress, which had crust and stains all over it.

The room was a little outdated, and not as modern as some… However, the staff was very friendly, and it was very quiet and secure!

The room was not the cleanest. I purchased cleaning supplies for the bathroom & room. There was bugs, but I was told no bedbugs. The carpet was stained, the shower curtain was moldy, (which I asked to he replaced). I wouldn’t want to stay there again. So not worth the money, very disappointed.

The room I stayed in either smelled like mildew or urine. There was mold on the carpet and the side of the refrigerator. I encountered a round bug in the bathroom and there were stains on the blankets. Felt uncomfortable touching anything during my stay.

I liked the fact, they switched rooms with no problems to accommodate us(my son is in a wheelchair), reserved room was on the 2nd floor, and no elevator property. I have a couple of negative thinks, I was told "that more food was on the way" at 8 and it never came. I believe Breakfast was from 6:30-9. We had a Double bed room/2 adults 2 kids - room only had 2 sets of towels - Should have 4 sets.
