Summary:
Experience the epitome of luxury living at the Pacific Bin, a unique vacation rental situated in the lush forests of the Cascade Mountains, just an hour from Seattle. Nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, this impressive container home offers a prime location for world-class outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, biking, and rafting.

The home includes a private hot tub, forest-surrounded bedrooms, a steam shower, upper/lower deck space, private hiking trails and fire pit.

The Space:
Built-in 2022 from five shipping containers, the Pacific Bin offers a spacious 1600 square feet of interior living space and over 900 square feet of exterior deck space. The attention to detail and unique design elements throughout the home are a testament to its luxurious nature.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and private trails, with the only request being to remain on the designated trails to preserve the surrounding ecosystem.

The Neighborhood:
The Bin is surrounded by a quiet mountain neighborhood. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves but are all very kind if you run into them. Although the home feels secluded on the 5 acre lot you are still less than 5 minutes away from the local grocery store, riverfront parks and beautiful windy backroads. There are all kinds of activities no matter the season, local pumpkin patches, white water rafting, winter skiing (Stevens Pass - 35 minute drive), endless hiking trails and so much more.

Getting Around:
The Bin has space for four vehicles and is easily accessible all year round. There is a free Tesla charger on site so you're all charged up for your mountain adventures.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The fireplace inside the home is a gas fireplace and is not on during the warmer months of the year. The fireplace will be active during the winter months.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available to respond to messages throughout the stay but am not available in person throughout the stay.

McCollom Family Wedding

We were visiting Monroe for our niece’s wedding and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Bin! The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus one additional niece. The place was amazing and the kitchen was great. We ended up getting a whole salmon and cooked filets on the gas grill. Everybody was thrilled with the hot tub. And roasting marshmallows at a campfire was a hit. The upstairs bathroom was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Cascades get away

This is a well appointed interesting property with great views of the rain forest aspect of the cascades. The house is clean and very comfortable. Video tutorials on using the new and interesting technologies are extremely useful. Gotta love the steam shower! The owner is accessible and very responsive to questions. A great place for relaxing and unwinding. I’d come back for sure

Secluded PNW Masterpiece

We loved our stay and had a wonderful experience with our host, Devon. He was friendly and helpful both leading up to our stay and while we were at the home. He was also knowledgeable in local businesses and gave several recommendations to fit our family’s needs. The home is beautiful and once you start up the private driveway you can’t help but be awed. We loved all the state of the art appliances and finishes in the home. The views are amazing from all angles and we loved using the patio in the evening. Great stay!

Must Stay - Will Be Back!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I'll break it down by what I loved! Location: Off the beaten path where you can truly be out of reach. It's nestled in the forest and the trees are absolutely breathtaking. It's also about 5 minutes into town if you need to make a store run. We also found horses right around the area and it couldn't have been a more special experience. Property: SO well thought out. We loved every detail to The Bin. When I say you have everything you could possibly need, I mean it. They even have a curling iron! The bathrooms are stunning and so many mirrors and places to get ready for a girls weekend! We also cooked all weekend long and the kitchen was very well stocked. They even had chip clips!! (See what I mean about the details?). Thank you for providing us the perfect place for my birthday weekend. I'll never forget all the belly laughs and joy we had while staying here. It was such a great place to stay I cannot wait to be back!!

RAD!!

This place is nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! So relaxing, secluded just enough to feel like you are in another world yet the supermarket is just down the hill!!!! Will defiantly be back for another get away hopefully sooner than later!!! Awesome build!!! đŸ€©
