Just a ratty place. AC was cold however and they did allow my two dogs for a fee. Not a good area to walk them however. They also started calling me before arrival and telling me they were going to charge my card if I didn't show up...I was on the way there. Ugh!

They obviously do not know how to clean properly

I don’t think the corners of the rooms and bathrooms have actually been cleaned in months or even years and they just get away with it. All along the sides of the beds and in every corner is built up dirt.

While I was a bit disappointed by the uncleanliness of the tub and the fridge, the comfortable bed and well-kept sink area made up for it. To be fair, it’s not a bad night’s stay for the price. Solid pick!

The staff was excellent. The check in was easy. But just be careful. I felt a little uneasy getting my stuff out of the car. Alot of people just hanging around. Coming in and out that wasnt staying there. Or it didnt look like it .Just felt a little off.

The room did not have a fridge and the bathroom leaked into the lower floor causing unhappy guests. The girl at the front counter said their was nothing she could do then hung up.

I do not believe the 5 star reviews for this property are legitimate. The owner seems to have a process of getting friends to post reviews to create an online image of the property being new or clean. The property is very old and it shows. Do not be fooled by the newer bedspreads. The rooms smell of heavy solvents masking a former smoking hotel. Fixtures, switches, ac, walls, and ceiling are all old. We checked in, took one look at the room, and checked out. Property owner insisted that we pay for one night. I was left with the feeling of a bait and switch.
