Just Nasty!!!

This hotel is definitely something that I am not use too....I didn't know that there was a baseball thing going on in Ruston..This was the only hotel that was available...The sink was cracked up...carpet missing..countertop stained...soap scum in shower..empty shampoo in shower..don't even get me started on that microwave....not to mention it wasn't comfortable at all..my family and I left bright and early the next morning..Wyndham should not have there name attached to this!!!

You get what you pay for...

First, we've stayed here before. It was ok for a cheap hotel and we don't spend much time in the room. This time was different. Room had vinyl flooring this time, which I don't like as it makes the room louder in my opinion. Bed was absolutely horrible. Springs in the middle appeared to be broken so there was a deep dip in the middle of the bed. Super uncomfortable and really did a number on my back. Had a very busy weekend planned so it's on me for not requesting another room, but assumed it might be worse. Housekeeper comes whether you want them to or not. Second day they didn't leave us any towels. Went to the front desk and told the attendant, who proceeded to go check to see if I was telling the truth. Then proceeded to give me one bath towel. You get what you pay for applies here and we will not stay here again.

I was on my way to monroe for work.by time i got into town i would have to go straight to work. The lady tried charging my card when i put pay at front desk. Then she got an attitude with me because i didnt have time to stop to put money on my card for the fact i had to be at work by 9am. She canceled my reservation because I didn't want to be late to work for her convenience. She even had a nasty attitude.
