CALETA townhouse 1st line to the sea, communal swimming pool
Casa Caleta is a lovely house located in a quiet residential complex on the seafront. The community is family-friendly and peaceful with a large swimming pool and green area. The location is ideal with direct access to the most beautiful coves of Miami Playa. In the area 300 metres away, we can find restaurants, supermarkets that are open every day of the week. Casa Caleta has everything necessary to spend comfortable holidays and has been recently fully renovated with quality decoration and furniture.
On the ground floor is the dining room with a fully equipped kitchen from here we access the private garden with barbecue. On the first floor there are two double rooms with a private balcony with sea views, as well as a full bathroom with a shower tray. The property is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.
The house is located opposite some charming coves where there are no urban areas full of people and which, therefore, is a perfect place for those seeking to relax and, moreover, is preserved in its natural state, something very beautiful to see. The coves of Miami Playa stand out for their relaxing atmosphere and for an environment surrounded by rocky areas full of green pines, palm trees and plants. The surroundings are beautiful and the water is clean and crystal clear. Its rich marine bottom opens deep near the shore, so you can enjoy swimming and snorkelling.
You can also enjoy the famous beach Playa Cristal, which is about 15 minutes walking distance. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, the beach has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

This property was very difficult to find! We were given two sets of keys, and an aerial view of the complex. We were told that our property was 'the only one with the satellite dish'. We were not given a house number. We eventually found the complex, parked near the gate and tried all of the keys until we found one that fit, so presumably we were in the correct place, however, numerous properties had satellite dishes. I rang the agent who went to check, then confirmed it was gate number 84, property 61. We later found there are two gates, a few yards apart, neither of which are numbered and we had keys to both ! The property was difficult to access, with locked wooden shutters, a locked metal, sliding grill, which had come off its runner and a locked sliding door. When we finally got inside , the property looked nothing like the pictures. No cushions, no plants/flowers and a bed sheet covering the couch. All of the windows also had grills and shutters so were too difficult to open. Once we overcame initial disappointment, the location was ideal and the rest of our stay was enjoyable.
