Movie theatre and shopping is only minutes away. There is also an amazing bike trail in town with great small town restaurants and shops of all kinds to experience. One of our favorites places and a local gem is "The Book Nook" where you can bring your laptop and enjoy a coffee or meal made to order. This really is one of those hidden gems that very few know about. Our intention is that you have a 5 star experience. The only downside to staying at this cottage is you won't want to leave!

* Cell service (spotty) ..AT&T service seems to work better than Verizon.
* Land line with complimentary long distance service is provided.

Upper Level= 2 huge picture windows facing the lake and sunsets, full kitchen, cozy living room, sunroom to enjoy family meals, large spacious bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with queen beds.
Lower Level= good for kids, large family room, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom, washer & dryer. Downstairs refrigerator too.
* DOGS are absolutely not permitted (POA rule) You may see dogs in the valley, however it's only because cottage owners are allowed pets, not renters.

**Accessibility Note - There are 4 small steps near the driveway to the deck. Once on the deck, there is a fairly smooth entrance to top floor living area which is suitable for an entire stay. There is a staircase (about 20 -30 steps) to downstairs living area and lower deck.

** Entire Property is Non Smoking - The outside patio furniture WILL smell like smoke if there are smokers present. This will result in a $500 damage fee.

** Event Policy - Large Events are not allowed. Ok for family gatherings during the day, however, evening parties and loud music and noise is strictly prohibited past 11pm.
