Located away from the town centre, it is easily accessible from Florence, Pisa, Siena, and Lucca within an hour\'s drive. The apartment is part of a beautifully restored villa and perfectly blends an antique structure, decorated with modern furniture. Situated on the first floor, it features four spacious bedrooms, two living rooms and two large kitchens, making it a comfortable stay for a group of 13.

This home pleasantly welcomes you with a sprawling, well-manicured garden, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers for you to dine and relax outside. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find indoor games like a billiard table, a foosball table and a dartboard in the common corridor. On the first floor, you have fully equipped kitchens with an induction hob, a Moka coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal. A dining table set in each kitchen completes the arrangement, offering lovely views from the windows. Both the living rooms are furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a chair and a fireplace.

The apartment\'s antique structure keeps it cool in summer and the fireplace ensures warmth in winter, suitable for stays throughout the year.

Located on a beautifully isolated hillside among greenery, the apartment offers a peaceful environment away from the chaos. Guests can indulge in adventure activities at the adventure park, a 5-minute drive. For sports and adventure lovers, a golf club, hiking trails and an equestrian facility are within an 8-16 minute drive.

To savour the local food, you can visit the nearest restaurant at an 11-minute walk, with other restaurants and a supermarket at a 6-10-minute drive. To spend your days learning a little about Tuscan history, you can visit the museum just next door to the apartment. Additionally, you can also take a tour of the Cisterna Romana, Podere Urlari, Carbonaia del Carfalo and Borgo di Castlefalfi in less than a 10-minute drive. There is also an astronomical observation site (Osservatorio Astronomico di Libbiano) at a 22-minute drive.
