It was completely renovated in 2019 to an extremely high standard and boasts all the mod cons holidaymakers could wish for including Meile kitchen appliances and even its own sauna!

The Space:
This Montefalco apartment rental is situated within the heart of the town, nestled inside the city's Medieval walls. In total, this Montefalco apartment rental measures over 140 square metres and offers spacious accommodation for up to four guests. The apartment is perfect for one or two couples or a family with children.

The apartment comprises two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen boasts Meile appliances, coffee maker and kettle. The master bedroom has a large double bed whilst the second bedroom can be made up either as a double or twin room. The master bedroom even boasts its own sauna.

The apartment is situated within a historic building dating back to the 13th or 14th century however it certainly boasts all the modern 21st century amenities guests are looking for including underfloor heating throughout for those staying in the Winter months and air conditioning for those staying during the Summer.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment.

The Neighborhood:
As well as being within walking distance of all that Montefalco offers (including a host of shops such as a butcher, baker, pharmacy, food store, pasta shop, ice cream shop, wine store and post office as well as numerous excellent restaurants), this Montefalco apartment rental is perfectly situated for exploring the wider central Italian region.

It is within 15 minutes of the lovely town of Bevagna and the train station in Foligno and within an hour of Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, and Perugia. It is also within two hours of Rome, Florence, Ancona, Orvieto and all that Umbria and Tuscany have to offer. Montefalco itself is relatively free of tourists despite its beauty. It is affectionately known as the 'balcony of Umbria' enjoying spectacular views of the valley below, famous for the Sagrantino wine and local olive oil.

Please note that check in is normally between 3 pm and 8 pm. For any arrivals after 8 pm, there is a late check in fee of 20 euros payable locally to Marina who will welcome you to the apartment.

Getting Around:
As you are in the centre of Montefalco, it is possible to stay here without a car, but having a car will allow you to explore more of the area, especially the more rural parts of the region which are well worth seeing!

This is such a brilliant Montefalco apartment rental. Montefalco is one of our favourite towns in Umbria and being able to live in the heart of it even for a few days is such a wonderful experience.
