Situated just 5 min from the historic center of Montelupone, 15 min from the seaside, 20 min from Civitanova Marche and 35 min from Conero Regional Park (Sassi Neri, Mezzavalle Beach, Porto Novo).
Every stay includes fresh eggs, olive oil, homemade marmalade and natural honey!

Ground floor: living room with large open plan fireplace, dining room, kitchen (including dishwasher, gas stove, household appliances, kitchenware, cutlery) and a bathroom with washing machine. From the ground floor the guests can exit onto the patio which houses a dining table and a barbecue.
First floor: two bedrooms, one master bedroom with view over the hills and one room which is set up for children with bunk beds and an expandable single bed. For babies, there is a travel cot with mattress. For the children there are various games and books.
The main bathroom includes two sinks, shower, bidet and service.
The house has various fans to keep our guests cool during the summer.
