The hotel room is worn out. They need to fix the floor, it feel you are going sideways and there is a bump in the middle of the floor that can make you trip. No elevator. The cleaning need to be detailed, the toilet was dirty. Also the alarm clock when off at 5:00 a.m. and woke us up. We did not set it up. Great customer service!

Will never consider this place again

Staff were nice, manager never reply to a concern. The room had spider webs, holes in the bed spreads, curtains were brown when supposed to be white. I could fully hear next rooms conversation and noises from other room moving around.

Cleanest mom & pops hotel I have ever seen. Parking was easy. It is walkable to restaurants and shops but has some hills. Great place to stay.

Only stayed a night and had seen reviews about cleanliness and thoight the room was very clean. Front office staff very friendly as well. Big plus was plenty of parking and so close to everything in Carmel

Not worth the money. Simply tired property, basically no amenities and way overpriced just because of location (which isn't still as convenient as most others a few blocks down towards the atractions). There isn't even a sign of effort to make your stay desirable. Bathroom was fairly decent though so it has that going for it. I wouldn't recommend.
