The thermostat said 69degrees but the room was freezing. Had to have the service guy come and fix something in the ceiling. Took Almost 3 hours to warm up the room to a comfortable temperature. Also, your TV service is not ideal for us. We couldn’t even get some of the local channels (ABC, NBC, FOX). Ended up watching something on Netflix.

The hotel lobby is nice as well as the staff and the free breakfast. We had to change rooms twice due to bugs and the bathtub had black and brown sludge coming out of it when the water was turned on. Was only offered free parking for the inconveniences. Hotel has potential to be really nice it just seems like they are probably understaffed in housekeeping and underpaid.

The rooms were spotless. The staff was great very professional and friendly! We are from Seattle and had our 7 year old grandson with us. It is a perfect hotel for families.
