The Space:

🏖️ This beachfront townhome sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with ocean views from multiple rooms and a private balcony.

The living room features a smart TV with streaming, a fireplace, a full-size couch, and two armchairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame water views that stretch to Cannery Row. The dining table seats four, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and counter seating for two. Step outside to your private balcony with seating and unobstructed bay views.

Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, fireplace, workspace desk, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. A half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo complete the layout.

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking. A washer and dryer are in-unit. WiFi and streaming services are available throughout. Beach essentials are provided so you can head straight to the sand.

Head north along the trail into Pacific Grove, or ride south through Cannery Row and continue on Ocean View Boulevard to Lover's Point and Asilomar State Beach. Ambitious cyclists can tackle the full 17-Mile Drive loop through Pebble Beach to Carmel-by-the-Sea (22-25 miles round trip).



Downtown Monterey is a 5-minute drive, where you'll find wine tasting rooms on Alvarado Street, dining at Montrio Bistro and Tarpy's Roadhouse, and shopping along historic Cannery Row. Carmel-by-the-Sea is 15 minutes south for galleries, boutique shopping, and beach access at Carmel Beach. 🚗 The home is located off Del Monte Avenue in Monterey, easily accessible from Highway 1. From Highway 1 northbound, exit at Aguajito Road and follow signs to Del Monte Beach. From Highway 1 southbound, take the Monterey Peninsula exit toward downtown.

San Jose International Airport (SJC) is 75 miles north, about a 90-minute drive. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 120 miles north, roughly 2 hours. Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) is 10 minutes away for direct regional flights.

Carmel-by-the-Sea is 4 miles south (15 minutes). Big Sur is 30 miles south along Highway 1 (45 minutes). Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is 45 miles north (50 minutes). Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is 6 miles south (20 minutes). Pebble Beach and the famous 17-Mile Drive entrance are 10 minutes away.

This was our first VRBO experience and turned out to be the loveliest vacation stay of our lives. The home was not only clean, but decorated as a home by the sea. It was adequately stocked with linens, laundry, kitchen supplies and appliances including dishwasher. The home has beautiful wrap around porches with a barbecue grill on one. Large windows line every wall for ocean views. You can hear waves breaking and the sounds of sea creatures throughout the day and night. The property is beautifully landscaped with a gate to the beach literally right outside your front door. Don’t miss out on this amazing home by the sea!
