The staff was rude and we weren’t able to stay there because we had to arrive by 6pm. I do not understand what the point of making a reservation is if our room would be given to another person. I had until November 14th to cancel and if I didn’t cancel it, it was for a reason. I did not receive an email or a call saying that my reservation would be cancelled. Very unsatisfied.
